Goodevening fellas, how has been our day? Mine was awesome.lets talk about anger. We all know the meaning of anger and i must say almost π―% of us get angry because we are human with emotions. But my question is; is anger a choice? Yes, it is... You can Choose to either get furious or let the sleeping dog lies.
Since anger is been triggered by our internal emotions,like anxiety, shame, losing your patience, feeling as if your opinion or efforts aren't appreciated, and injustice, memories of traumatic or enraging events and worrying about personal problems.
Do you know sadness can make you get angry?, Even fear, frustration, guilt, disappointment, worry,embarrasment,jealousy and hury can makes you get angry. Listen, all of these emotions are experienced as negative and are perceived as threatening to our well-being.
If you believe you can change your response, then the answer is yes.. You can choose to get angry if you let the emotions that triggered anger to overwhelm you. Better still you can choose to be patient and keep quite or stay alone whenever you feel like getting angry.
Think before you speak. In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret.In the long run you might offend the other person and finally be at fault again..

Some things has really trigger anger within someone it is internal at times or external factors the things that may be happing in the surrounding also affects anger. At times situation and circumstances also gives on away to this upbrings also affects that as well as family and society bring toll the best is to control it.
