~My Mango Jam~ Guess what makes me busy at the moment, I'm making Mango Jam. 😋 Last week we harvested Apple Mango in our backyard, I kept 3 mangoes because I've been craving for mango jam and I'm gonna make Mango Jam once it's ripe. And today the mangoes are ripe and ready for my Mango Jam cooking session, Ooleyyy! 😍 Look! It's been boiling for an hour but still not yet caramelized, I extracted the mangoes and add sugar according to its measurement; ratio 1:1 ( 1 cup sugar : 1 cup of Mango Extract), I guess I let it boil for another 1 hour then let it cool and transfer it to glass jar. So guys you already have idea what will be my snack later. A bread with Mango Jam. 😍 ~Be inspired but do not copy @ezo #FoodTrip
