•Human Interest Photography •No edits Human interest photography is a portrait of a person's life that describes the atmosphere mood and raises sympathy for the person who sees it. A friend of mine from Cebu introduced me this type of photography, the Human Interest Photography. We often chat and sometimes talk about our hobbies, photography. I told her that I'm a bit sad and missed the beauty of nature in Cebu, here in Manila all I can see are buildings, sky, street and people. Then she told me to try the human interest photography. According to her, it's not all about nature in photography and that was the time I realized that I still can enjoy my photography though I'm at the heart of the city, surrounded by people, skyscrapers and busy streets. This photo I am sharing with you is one of my human interest photography collection. This was taken Nov. 2018 at Trinoma Mall near the parking lot. These kids are street children begging passersby for money to buy food. While me and D' one were heading to the car, we saw them kicking each other, I thought they were fighting. As we walked nearer to them, I heard they were laughing while kicking each other. They fell down and rolled over on the floor and laughing, so that means they are only playing kick boxing. Then I remember what my friend told me about human interest photography, so I grabbed my phone and captured the moment. The kids noticed that I was taking picture at them, so they hurriedly stood up and came near to me with open palms begging for money, They smiled innocently calling me "ate" and I was touched how they looked at me. But instead of giving them money I handed them packed of Donuts. 😊 ~ Be inspired but do not copy @ezo 5:08pm 6/26/2021
