Me and my father just got home from the LTO Office. We went there to get my student permit so that I can have a driver's license soon. I need to wait for a month and 3 days before applying for Non Pro Driver's license. But before that, I have to pass my PDC, and get a PDC certificate. Then I would have to pass the LTO's written and practical driving exam.
