Did you know that some lizards love playing in water? Vrtra is one of those, and he's figured out that he can signal he's ready for a bath by bonking his nose on the doors of his vivarium and staring me down until I get the right idea. Once I put him in there he'll swim and splash, and if I turn the faucet on he'll even try to hunt the water as it flows down the drain. But I've seen wild lizards play like that, too. The little fence lizards that frolic on our patio in summer enjoy darting about in light showers. I've seen them chasing water droplets and splashing through small puddles. It must be a fun novelty for them. 🙂

Your lizard was so cute, thinking that he plays with water and even do swimming. I'm so amaze to your Vrtra.
He's like saying "hey i like bathing, i like swimming, thanks for this"
