What is a friend?
According to google dictionary a friend is a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection.
We all have a friend or set of friends whom we meet at some point of our life. Whether it is in your neighbourhood, schools, or even works. They are the people that we can somehow depend on and sometimes makes our life happy and enjoyable. In this article I would like to share about the group of friends whom I meet and eventually became part of my life up until now.
In 2008, months after I graduated from college, I started looking out for job. As a fresh gruaduate I tried applying for any position available and fortunately I was hired as customer service assistant in one of the leading malls in the country.
After completing the needed requirements and passing the additional interviews, I finally signed a job contract. And then after that I got my schedule for a series of trainings and orientation before I can fully start at work. It was in August 2008 that I met my crazy batchmates. We had fun getting to know each other, sharing our job seeking experiences and so many other things. In a few days of trainings, seminar and orientations about our chosen jobs we get closer and closer. And yes the friendship was formed in this batch composed of 9 girls. We are from different schools, different ages, and likes but those didn’t hindered our friendship.
Right after we completed the trainings, we were all deployed at the same time. All were very eagered and excited to get started. The customer service department in the company was divided into two. The billing section which handled all the bills payment and some services, while the other one handles the return policy and the gift wrapping section. Our batch was also divided into two, the three girls were assigned at the billing, while the other six including me was assigned at the customer service B. The job experience was very nice. Because not only you meet a lot of people but also you were able to build relationships with your other co workers. The friendship was tested, and nourished while you were working harmoniously along with others. It makes your job easier because you know someone was there to help you out if in case you are having a hard time.
Time passed by so quickly, we are originally 9 girls in our batch, unfortunately the two of them weren’t able to get their contract extended. But even though their contract has ended the friendship with the two of them still remained. There were times when we planned to had get together the 9 of us were always presents. And the days we spent together makes our friendship strong. The laughter, memories and never ending chit chats will always be remembered.
Many days has passed while we are still at the company, four of the girls including myself were expectant mothers almost at the same time. Sharing the same situation brought us more closer as we were about to welcome another blessing and milestone in our life with our friends and partners support. And yeah the get together continued as we have an additional events in our life to be celebrated. Despite the complicated working schedules at work we find time to make it happened. Then one day, I have to resigned from work because of my little family that needs to be taken care of. And more years passed by, all of us resigned from our first company. Some are working now in different company, as for me I continued to be a loving full time mother to my two kids and a wife to my loving husband.
Even though that is the case, we still do communicate via facebook messenger, calls and even text messages. But it doesn’t last that long since like me almost all of us have been busy with our own life as well as the others have been busy with their careers. Right at this moment we haven’t seen each other for so long already because of the current situation we have right now. I really miss each of them that whenever we talk via messenger we all wished that this pandemic would stop so we can meet and catch up. Just last month, we celebrated our 13 years of friendhip. I still cant believe that it’s been that long since we first meet. The joy and the fun of our first meeting, taking the seminar and orientations feels like it was just yesterday. I am very much happy to have them and be apart of their life too.
I am looking for more years of spending this lifetime together with them up until we grow old. I am also very much happy that even though we are from different city, we still can talk with each other. Sharing our kids experiences, the life we had when we took apart and so many things that can we talk to. Now that we passed a decade of friendship, I am hoping for another decades of friendship with the rest of girls.
Earning my first $100 at bitcoin.com wallet from Noise
Finally Achieved
Yahoo! I finally able to earn my first $100 in my bitcoin.com wallet. On my previous article I mentioned that I preferred using coins.ph wallet for my noise payment. It was on the last week of May that I decided to change it bitcoin.com which the noise recommended. What I like the most about using this wallet is that the moment I reached my minimum pay out, it immediately reflects on my account, unlike in the coins.ph it always comes late.
I was really happy for this small achievement, because I know big achievements always begin from small ones. No toxic post, no bashing and everyone is being friendly with each other. Even though we don’t really know real our name, it feels like we know each other for so long already.
My Content
One of the rules in this platform is to post your original content. Copying other post specially from the internet is a big no no. So by abiding with it’s rules, most of my content is about my daily life. I am a full time mother of two boys. What I shared most is my experience through out the day. It was really fun sharing my experiences, specially when someone could relate from it. Most of my subscribers which I considered my virtual friends too were also mother like me. Some are working, some were also like me. We loved to share about our children, giving advice to any encountered problems and just random things.
Hodling/Holding is the key
Before I was not interested in holding/holding bitcoin cash. I was only after the amount which is converted in our local currency. Whenever I look at my wallet, I would always convert it, not minding the value of bitcoin cash I earned from noise. I don’t even know that the price of cryptocurrencies are volatile. It might goes up and goes down. That is why I sometimes asked myself why I have different earnings from time to time. By staying more at noise I read a lot about terms using in the crypto world. I encountered the most important one for me, hodl/hold. Keep holding/hodling your precious bitcoin cash for a better future. It literally means keep holding your coins and sell it when it the price goes up. Right now, I am on the process of learning some terms on the cryptocurrency world for a better understanding so that I can be able to share it with some friends, and family.
Where does my earning goes?
Going back to my very first earning at noise. I exchange them to our local currency. I am still a little doubtful that time if I can really used the money I converted. So I tried using my first earning by paying it for my shopee purchase. Imagine the smile on my face when the payment goes successful. Right there and then all my hesitations and doubt were all erased. On my succeeding earning, I got to pay our water monthly bill for the month of February and some were used for my cellphone prepaid load. The following month, I converted some of my bitcoin cash to add for our internet bill payment. Then on April I was able to keep them and I was very happy that the value of my bitcoin cash is increasing. Not until the price goes up and oh boy, I was again tempted to convert in our fiat. It was my first time to witness the price surge that I eventually converted most of my earning and only left a small value for I know I can still earn more from noise platform. It was a bittersweet decision, but in the end I realised that we have enough money for all our utilities bill for the month of May. So I guess I still made a great decision. I am thankful, and forever will be thankful to noise for giving this kind of platform. It was a blessing in disguise, because during those times we are facing a financial trouble due to pandemic. My husband is working in a cruise ship, and as we all know cruise ship industry was banned in the US for more than a year. It was also hard to look for another job because of the current situation. All of our hard earned saving was drained because of one year hiatus from work. That is why I am forever grateful to be acquainted at noise because I am enjoying it, got to know bitcoin cash more and earning some of it for free.
My 1 BCH goal
I am being hopeful that I can earn my 1 bch goal. Now that my husband has returned to his work overseas, I can finally keep my earnings and won’t convert it, until I got my goal. It doesn’t matter how long it will take, I just need to focus on my goal. I know this will really take a lot of effort and I will have to wait for a very long time, but I am more than willing to wait. Right now, I am thankful to noise for giving me the opportunity to earn free bitcoin cash the most. I have tried using some faucet pay but it really takes a lot time and patience before you can reached your minimum payout.
I also read a lot from noise about some users who got their goal from writing an article here. They are really inspiring, that is why I am trying my luck on writing my own article. Hoping one day I will also get notified. But if not, it is okay. I will just keep on trying and improve my writing by reading inspiring articles from here.
Getting my goal, will be really hard at first and won’t be easy. But I believe patience is a virtue. I believe if you work hard for the things you like, you can get what you want in no time. For my one bitcoin cash goal, let’s get it on.

How I get to know Bitcoin Cash
Where it all started?
It was mid January this year when a relative of mine introduce me to use lyka application because it is like posting stuffs like other social media network but earning at the same time. So after discussing what to do and all, I hurriedly download the said application and had uploaded my first photo for the said application. After 2 days, I had to research if it is really legit, and then on one forum someone commented that noise.cash is better and more legit. At first I was looking at it in my application store but it’s not available, so I tried it on the web and voila without a doubt and no hesitation at all I registered.
Noise.cash Journey
So after my successful registration, I wasn’t able to post any since I have zero subscription, zero knowledge how this platform works and what is wallet? I have to searched in youtube on how to have my own crypto wallet using coins.ph since I am living in the Philippines I prefer to use that one. After a series of watching tutorials I was able to have my own cryptowallet for the very first time, and now what is next? One more question is the payouts is done using bitcoins cash.
So what is bitcoin cash? Again I have zero knowledge in cryptocurrency what more in bitcoin cash. My big question with the help of mr. google was answered little by little. I am so amazed how cryptocurrency is helping a lot of people in a lot of way today. After setting my wallet I was able to received tips from other users in the platform after posting some random words and quotes and also was able to give some tips to other. I was so excited everytime I open my account and see the red bell notifications. I see a lot of users and get to know some from my country. But since I’m a little introvert my subscribers is less, I use the explore button to give tips to some users with nice photo and if I am lucky they give it back to me. During my first two days I was able to earn 0.25 dollars or around 13 pesos in our local money. I earn a little more with noise.cash than lyka so in the end I deleted it then focus on noise.cash not only because of the earning but because I wanted to learned and earned more bitcoin cash.
Noise.cash Earnings
Upon staying in the platform for a month, I was so excited to convert my earnings in our local money. I was able to pay our water bill for that month and then on the next month our phone and internet bill. As days goes by I learned the word hodl or holding your earning for a better future. Now I am learning to hodl my earnings and have it converted once I earn my 1 bch. Next year if I am lucky to earn it I will use it for a little vacation with my family at the beach or somewhere nice where we can enjoy and have fun. I am a little bit excited for that day to come.
I am glad I never hesitated to use this platform. Right now I’ve meet a lot of good people and earned a lot of virtual friends. Aside from that, this platform is a lot different from others because of good posts, motivations and inspiring stories from some users. I wish noise.cash will stay forever.
Kids at the mall for the 1st time after lockdown
It was one Sunday afternoon in December, since Manila is still GCQ that time, we had the chance to go outside the house along with the kids. Of course by strictly following the health protocols such as using face masks, face shields and maintaining social distancing. We decided to go to MOA by the bay to witness the sunset at the same time stroll in the area.
We arrived at around 4 in the afternoon, as we proceed in the parking area, I could already see some kids along with their family roaming around the area. My kids suddenly got excited as they have never been to this place for a very long time.
We started walking while enjoying the view of the wide Manila bay. Before covid came, we regularly come to this place whenever my husband reports to his agency office.
After a series of walkaton along with my boys, we stopped by to some hotdog store in the area, while my kids have their favourite french fries from potato corner. We sat there while waiting for the sunsets to come. The whole place by the way was full of families who are bonding that time since it was Sunday.
Here comes the sunsets. One of the best sunset is by the sea for me. The wide area of sea gives a full blast of sunset that is beyond fascinating. Almost everyone gathered near the baywalk to captured this beautiful sight. As the sunsets ends night time takes over.
Its started to get dark after the sun sets, we planned to get home already since my feet was already tired and sore from walking for about two hours already. We were on our way home when suddenly people were starting to lined up in the entrance mall together with their kids. We found out kids are allowed to get inside, next thing we knew we were already at the entrance along with my two kids grinning very wide.
My kids like everyone else really missed going inside the mall. They weren’t allowed since the pandemic happens and my kids even said that he missed even the smell of it inside.
Kids really had a good time strolling inside even though my feet were really sore that time. I let them. Just a little sacrifice for kids happiness. This happened once only, since the next week came, the local government had a strict implementation not to allowed kids inside their premises.
I really hope this pandemic ends now, so kids can have the freedom to enjoy even small things like the way they used to.
