The computer needs input to generate output. Those "experiences" will reach human decision-like results. Except it seems like a human decision-making process, there are more deeper thoughts humans can do those algorithms can't. Will a post-growth economy preserve the harm of climate change?  Or perhaps, we build a simulative economy in the blockchain system to test-run the future? **In conclusion** My opinion about Neural Networks is: **I doubt it**.
