The girl shouldn't have been sacked but if she said anything she would have lost her job too. To a certain point, she agreed with the manager. That woman was a real pain in the arse, unfriendly, close to hostile but it was up to her with whom to hang out and what to do with her spare time. She had no intention of choosing sides until she was sure who was going to win after all she was a stranger in a very strange land. A country where the norms and values people lived by were completely different from hers. The only reason why she had left her beloved region was that the disease had cropped up in five different towns and her life, the future was no longer safe. In reality, she felt disgusted by the strangers who tolerated her and she was surrounded by. If it wouldn't be for her family she would have never left. Those people were no good, did no good. Each one of them thought he could rule. How come that disease did not affect them? The sound of laughter drifted up from the street below, making her feel very alone in this new town. I already asked someone but I do not know if it can be realized. It would give the story something extra or? To be sure I can always write my version and publish it later. 😁

He ran away from home looking for something better. But you are facing many challenges. Among them with people who do not feel tolerance towards strangers.
I am not sure she ran away but she decided to leave and indeed it is not what she expected from it. She is save but the new environment totally different. She hates these sinners.
Sometimes the narration is very difficult for me to understand. The translation becomes very confusing and does not differ from him or her and I have to read several times to better understand the idea. Thanks for clarifying.
