Fine sandwiches for lunch or dinner
***Ingredients:*** ***-***25 kebab ***-***50 Ml Oil ***-***2 Medium Size Port ***-***3 Fresh Peppers ***-***Pinch of salt ***-***3 Fresh Tomatoes ***-***2 Garlic Garlic ***-***1 Smaller Canned Chickpeas (Or Mixed Chickpeas And Beans) ***-***Pepper ***-***More Salt To Desire And Taste ***-***Fresh Basil ***-***Toast Or Bread ***-*** Homemade Sour Cream Or Cream ***Fine sandwiches for lunch or dinner recipe. Simple quick sandwiches with cevapi. Fry cevapi in oil on all sides so that they are well fried on all sides***
***Take them out and store them in a container that retains heat. On the fat where they were fried, cut the onion into rings, peppers into larger cubes, and salt***
***Simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes on low heat so that the onions and peppers do not turn golden. Now add the tomatoes cut into quarters and chopped garlic***
***Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the strained canned chickpeas. I put a combination of half chickpeas, half beans. Add pepper and salt to taste***
***Continue to simmer for just another minute or two. When you notice that the liquid is almost gone, remove from the heat and add fresh basil***
***Put the cevapi between two slices of bread or toast, put a little cream or sour cream in the middle, and cover. Put a piece of pre-prepared vegetables over everything and sandwiches for lunch or dinner are ready. They are ready to serve***
***Instead of cevapi, it can also be chicken fillet, of course, it all depends on what you have and in fact, you prefer***
***The amount is enough for 5 people to make a meal, not to overeat now. After the sandwiches, I recommend a scoop of ice cream and that would be it, this day passes too***

I've never seen a kebab sandwich. But it's great. And only ice cream. I love it!
Kebab in a sandwich so there is nothing better than that
