Peaches **Kids adore them because of their looks, a little effort for a lot of success.**
**Dough:** 3 eggs 20o g of sugar 12 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons rum or a teaspoon of rum extract 50o g of sharp flour 1/2 baking powder 2 vanilla sugars **File:** 4 tablespoons orange syrup 3 tablespoons apricot jam 50 g of ground walnuts 2 tablespoons rum crumbs of hollowed-out peaches **Preparation** Whisk together the frothy sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add oil and rum to this mixture. Finally, add flour and baking powder. Leave the resulting mixture (dough) to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Shape into balls slightly smaller than walnuts and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Balls while still warm hollow out. Combine all the ingredients, except the filling syrup, and mix well, then fill the balls with this mixture and combine the two. Roll the outside of the peaches in orange syrup, then in crystal sugar, and leave them to dry. Serve them the next day.
