We are all getting older
I am approaching my fifth decade of life. I feel better than ever and look better than I did a decade ago. But the truth is a little bitter. I am aware that I will never be twenty again. When I think about it sometimes, I get some uneasiness and some regret for the past years. I watch my children grow into serious people, create their own families. I will become a grandmother soon. I am very much looking forward to it and at the same time, I am afraid. I admit I fear old age, disease, and death. Of all things, I want a pleasant and quiet death, in a dream.

Do not be afraid dear, fear is a silent killer of one's peace of mind....Live everyday with joy and hope,do what makes you happy, spend time with those who value you, enjoy life and live like it is your last. Do not fear the unknown,God never meant for us to get sick, grow old and die but he wanted us to enjoy life and still wants that for us. He will you your heart desires....
Yes we do, that's we have to live our life accordingly and to the fullest.
A day at a time is the way to do it. Live a day at a time. Death is not a punishment. It's a price that all must pay. Approaching it with fear gives it a certain leverage over you. Believe me, and it's not pleasant that way.
