Do you stop and reflect on the past month? Planning and learning from past experiences is important. I've never tried going over what I've been up to in the past four weeks, but I think it's worth it. Or should this approach be spiced up and make an overview in the middle of the month? Everything ends up scheduled for the 30th/31th (or 28th/29th). I guess with ADHD you can come up with all kinds of weird planning arrangements. 😄 #Artwork #Digitalart
