I just got a notification for a new sponsor - for the first time here! I got so excited and I thought that I pressed Approve but... then it vanished. :( I didn't put down the username, sadly. I'm so sorry and at the same time deeply grateful! If you read this, are you willing to make a new request? In any case, many, many thanks!

The same thing happened to me, I received a notification from a sponsor, I accept it and it disappears. In your case, congratulations 😄
It ended up showing up later. Hopefully it does for you, too.
