Do you still need to Wear a Mask SUNDAY/ 24 April, 2022 We are now living with a less virulent, but more contagious virus Some of you may think that why I'm writing on this topic as the pandemic is over and everything is okay. Although the percentage has decreased a much but still there is a threat as one of my beloved uncle passed away two days ago due to covid-19 and it was soo heart wrenching situation for all of us as suddenly he tested positive and left us after 1 day that's why i thought of writing on it and I wish that no one else should die because of this virus Travelling towards abroad just got less safe for immunosuppressed people and other at higher risk of severe illness from covid. Hours after a judge's unprecedented decision to nullify the federal mask mandate on public transportation, many airline companies, rideshare services and transit agencies announced that they would no longer require masking. Across the country masks are coming down . We are in a much different place now than we were earlier in the pandemic, with a virus that is more contagious but less virulent, a wall of immunity from vaccinations and previous infections, and better tests, treatment and disease surveillance. Even though many at-home Covid test results are not being reported, cases rates are alot lower than they were a few months ago, and many people feel more comfortable travelling, gathering indoors and shedding their masks but we should try to wear a mask in much crowded place as the danger is not fully over. Two years ago, nearly all people who tested positive for covid in hospitals were there because the virus was making them sick_ after all, there was No immunity to it, and the virus was more lethal than omicron. In contrast, more than 90% of Americans have some level of immunity to covid from vaccinations, prior infections or both and Omicron is not as fierce as earlier strains. But as the deaths in Hong Kong and continued deaths and long covid cases around the world shoe that Omicron can still be deadly. *****So if I'm up to date on my vaccines and not feeling sick, should I continue to mask up? If I'm comfortable going mask less, shouldn't everyone be else too?***** The pandemic may seems like it's ending , but there is still a threat to the health of under-vaccinated or unvaccinated because these peoples could face a deadly threat. Like it or not but we're all connected- and we have a responsibility to protect those among us who are most vulnerable by taking reasonable precautions. Small actions can make a big impact. To save lives and keep our economy running smoothly, we must continue to public health tools , including masks. If you are immuno-suppressed or just concerned about getting sick and people around you aren't masking consider upping your mask game to a more protective N95 as they are better than surgical or cloth mask. While we may be sick and tired of the pandemic, the virus isn't tired of making us sick . Wearing a mask is a small price to pay for the large reduction in the risk you'll become infected, contract long covid, possibly get seriously ill or make someone else seriously ill. Masking up can protect you, your family and the people around us. We don't know yet how much of an impact the BA.2 covid wave will have. Will new variants emerge that cause more severe illness or further escape our immunity? What if a new covid health threat emerges? Many other questions were also disturbing me after the death of my aunt two days ago due to covid. Because we all are connected, our personal health often depends on what others do. We rely on society and government protections to ensure that our kids don't get hit by a drunk driver, that we don't get terribly sick from unsanitary food at a restaurant , that our medicine isn't contaminated .Likewise we need public health tools to protect us if a new variant or another threat emerges. So i wanna say that masking up is necessary in high-risk environments or when community spread is high. Remember... *Even if you don't think you're at a risk from covid, people around you might be. When in doubt, mask up.* *i just want my community, my readers, my writers and all the loved ones to be safe and healthy.* image source: #unsplash thanks for reading and giving your precious time Don't forget to like and subscribe.

Don't say it with Words, Say it with Actions We plan many great things to do, but when it comes to do them practically somehow we are lazy in that manner. , You always find yourself in excuses but ultimately you give up on yourself. YOUR DREAM: Have you ever had something you've always wanted to try, even if it didn't necessarily have a direct relation with your career. Maybe you just want to try skydiving just for fun, or you have always enjoyed acting and want to give it a shot. Whatever it is, I'm sure it's something you are passionate about but as some of us, you've never found the determination enough to do it. HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT: Are you sure you really want to do this, or is it just a passing through in your mind? As for me, I've always wanted to start a YouTube channel, I took al the steps leading up to starting but never did actually start. I have a YouTube channel, all the cover images are set, and the ideas are already all in place, but I never clicked on that "publish" button. Even when everything was all set, I still didn't find courage to do so for a very long time. This article is about all of us who say we want to do something, who say they want to do something but in end never actually do it when it comes down to that. Some might say, I want to be a singer but if...other say I want to be an actor but if... some say I want to be a sports man but if...**I want to say that just go ahead, be courageous don't say it with words, say it with actions.** THE LONG ROAD AHEAD: There is such a long road ahead for anything you want to do, getting over the initial fear is so important but ultimately becomes the easiest thing to do, actually. Ahead you are going to meet different difficulties from the ones you imagined, me running a YouTube channel my main difficulty won't be to speak into a mic but rather than to find the organizational skills to be able to produce video consistently and effortlessly. I remember my first time speaking in public, I had all the possible panic attack symptoms you could imagine, sweaty hands, shaking and shivering legs etc. but past that first time, I got use to those symptoms and my biggest concerns now speaking in public is actually finding the best words to get my points across. One way of getting over your initial hesitations is to focus on what comes next and not just what you can perceive at the moment, sure people will laugh at you and probably mock you but what comes after that is people actually enjoying what you say or hating it. GIVING UP BEFORE TRYING: Just from the initial doubts many people give up on their wishes, that's why i enjoy this quote below: *****DOUBT KILLS MORE DREAMS THAN FAILURE EVER WILL.***** This really speaks volume to me because I'm a victim of it myself, we hesitate thinking maybe we are not good enough, maybe we shouldn't do this, maybe there are already many peoples doing this we can't break through in the market anymore etc. We'll say and think about whatever which avoids us from doing the work, actually. OMNIPRESENCE OF FAILURE: There is always the possibility that we will fail at it, that we may never receive the recognition we seek and probably won't even be that good at it anyways, imagine thinking a singer trying to compete in the MICHEAL JACKSON era, imagine being an actor on set with Leonardo DiCaprio, how could you possibly stand out in such situation? But the truth is that, even when Michael Jackson was king , there were many others artists shining too. The approach you should take is resumed quite well in one of the greatest movies of all time. CHASE EXCELLENCE AND SUCCESS WILL FOLLOW-3 Idiots Don't go after the success, don't go looking for fame and celebrity, you should rather go at it with passion to do something great in this field you are passionate about, and you can be sure that success will follow along. VICTORY: Victory is being able to do what you want to do and possibly earn an income out of it. It's not necessarily having millions of followers adulating you all the way or making millions every single day. You should possibly make more money running for president or engaging into politics but that won't be much fun for you. Victory is when you are able to do what you love as frequently as possible. ***On the scientific perspective, that keeps dopamine being released in your brain constantly, which makes you happy. Contrarily, if you make your success only dependent on a scientific moment which last seconds, then you will just have that orgasm once, and you will quickly fall into depression.*** ****THANKS ALOT FOR READING AND GIVING YOUR TIME**** ****DON'T FORGET TO LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE**** ****STAY SAFE, STAY HEALTHY, MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL****

3 Ways To Become A Walking Gem *Why do peoples hate buzzwords? I tend to find them most valuable when they are not being blatantly misconstrued over discourse. As everyday life demands more self-indulgence, it's becoming even more uncommon for us to genuinely understood one another on a regular basis. Today I'm going to share three important ways of become a good personality and a walking gem.* *1)HAVE GREAT POSTURE:* *You can't get to your destination effectively without this key. Having a bad posture is detrimental. You breathe, sleep , and feel the way better all from correcting this simple thing. As when I'm constantly sitting at a desk for work, writing and editing on my laptop, driving, eating or just binge watching TV, one of my biggest fears is that I will have a hunchback by the time. SO we all should care about our posture.* *No matter how I hard to try t keep a good posture through-out the da, i will randomly have to remind myself to stand up tall and straight. It's actually one of the thing I can't seem to shake. But there are soo many benefits for having an upright posture it would be a disservice to not implement it.* ***How you carry yourself is how you set the stage. Every walking gem should have great posture.*** *2)NORMALIZE INFORMATIVE DIALOGUES:* *This key is vital. There is always some way for you to misunderstand what someone else's stance is. Don't let this be a hindrance. Peoples respect you when you accomplish your goals but allowing other's to provide their own input really sets you aside from the rest. If you want to be established in your own niche, you will have to yield to others. Do your part individually, help others but don't be afraid to let peoples help you along the way. Have discussion with your friends, families about what you value in your life and ask for feedback. In order to have innovation-the integration of ideas.* *3)WALK WITH INTENTION:* *You know yourself more than anybody in the world. Have intention and let it show, if you are doubtful about whether or not your character is being reflected at the highest standards that you've set for yourself, here's the most helpful thing you can do right now. Ask yourself: are my actions aligning with the overall goal? If not, then you need to make some adjustments. This is such a simple thing to do but most of us tend to overlook it. The real payoff happens when you are consistently self auditing. Where you are now and where you want to be may not be identical all the time but try not to come down on yourself about that.* ***You act, you audit and you adjust.*** ***Remember those buzzwords from the intro? We all know what makes those words so powerful is the emotion behind them. In the pas, they've been associated with some pretty heavy events that we all have witnessed before. In regards to what makes us alike, this is just one of the plethora. The best part about being a WALKING GEM IS NOT HAVING A WALK ALONE.*** ****DO LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE IF YOU ENJOYED READING**** ****THANKS ALOT**** ****FOR READING**** ****STAY HAPPY! STAY BLESSED****

Our Character Faces You all must have heard about the Japanese three face proverb according to it we all have three faces, this Japanese proverb proves that neither in today's world nor either we could openly show our true face to everyone. We, humans, are constantly running this race to come first, to win. The world is filled with speeches, lectures and peoples constantly urging us all to br true in every aspect but sadly no one will accept the actual reality of the fact that no one is truly themselves because being slightly diplomatic will get us places, but we should not be fake, we should try to be real in every aspect. But it is unfortunate truth about us somehow that everyone among us are g=hiding something from alias anybody, from the world, from our loved ones, sometimes we ourselves don't know who we are? We present ourselves differently to the different audience , I think it depends on how close we are to somebody. Our First Face: The first face is the face that we shoe to the outside world, i.e diplomatic and perfect somehow. It is the little percent of our true self, our true face. We cannot share the actual thoughts that run in our minds, as we have many fears i.e fear being judged and many other fears we think of all the time "what will the people say?" it is the most common fear among our society, these fears haunt us all the time. We think we will be mocked , it takes alot of courage to present our real face to everyone. Our Second Face: This is the face that we show to the to our close friends. Each face reveals a different way our character interact with and reveal ourselves. We share much more about us with our loved ones. Our friends and family knows much more about our nature and a greater percentage of our real face. Friends and family are the most precious gift if we feel alone we can share our loneliness with them the things we are cannot share with anyone at that time they are with us. Our Third Face: The third face is the face we never show to everyone, only we know about our this face. As you can say when we are alone there are many things, many things that we that we only share with ourselves. Lying on a bed in dark room, being with nature somehow help us to discover our true self .we all should spent sometime with us, being alone we can learn many things we are able to discover our abilities and faults so we know our real face that we are unable to show to the others. My views/ My character: As much as i know my self I have two faces the one I show to the world and the other that my family, friends and I know. My family and close friends know my real face that i know about myself ,my face is same for my close friends, my family relatives .and if I talk about the other peoples the outside world I am unable to reveal myself completely honestly speaking I too have fear of what will peoples say, how will someone judge me , how will someone think about me but I am working on myself I am trying to make myself a better person. PRACTICE: Today I want you to take 15 minutes and write a scene exploring one of these faces specifically the one you have least written. Explore your character when you are public( 1st face), when you are with family and friends(2nd face), when you are alone( 3rd face) . What your character reveals might surprise you. Questions that arise in my mind while thinking about all this are: How well do i know my character?, how well do peoples around me know my character? DO TELL ME IN COMMENTS WHAT YOU ALL THINK ABOUT THE THEORY OF THREE FACES, YOUR OPINION MATTERS ALOT! Don' forget to like and subscribe, thanks for your time and reading my thoughts!

The Man in the Woods: My own story HELLO MY FRIENDS! I hope you all are fine healthy and wealthy. I have recently joined this plat form and I'll try to keep you all entertained with my writings, actually I am a writer but I was unaware of his amazing platform, I will keep sharing informative and interesting articles with you people. Today I m going to share my true and interesting story with you all so let's begin: ***I was nine at that time*** I was in the backyard of my family's cabin. And i was young enough that every shadow held some unknown danger, and I was convinced that every rustle of leaves was a nightmare made real. The setting didn't help. The bonfire was the only source of illumination. The cabin was thirty yards away, and the other directions was miles of uninterrupted wilderness. The stillness and the silence tended to play tricks on the uninitiated. Chipmunks sounded like elephant crashing through the woods. My adolescent mind filled each unknown with some new horror. To make matters worse, my little brother and i had a preoccupation with Bigfoot. Earlier in the day, one of the shops in town had a poster warning of bigfoot attacks. My brother and i didn't know this was fake. Our uncle took advantage of this and played to our fear. He told us that there had been sightings in the area, and he even told us about the time a Bigfoot attacked him and his friend when they were kids. This sent my small mind spinning. I thought there was a humanoid simian monster behind every tree. My uncle left to go back to the cabin saying he was hungry. ***And then it started happening.*** First, the leaves started rustling. I had spent the last hour being told that it was nothing more than small animals, but this sounded like someone driving a truck through the woods. I scooted closer t may aunt and little brother. She assured us it was nothing. Then the trees started shaking. It wasn't the gentle sway that the wind makes. No, individual branches shook violently with no wind at all. Again, we were assured that it was nothing. We heard grunts coming from the forest, low, angry grunts. Something started throwing sticks too.. We weren't wanted there. Our aunt tried to calm us down, but she didn't sound very confident . I saw a pair of white shoes in the firelight. Suddenly, all the treats become tangible. there was a man out in the woods with us. Suddenly every story about kidnapping was real and I was inside a horror movie of my own. The fact that there was no one for miles miles away expect us, . I grabbed by brothers hand and our only hope was t run through the night and get to the cabin door. Just we started to run, someone came crashing through the woods. I saw the white shoes, he had come for us ***The man with white shoes was there.*** I was dragging my brother at that point. I didn't wait for my aunt. Until the man stumbled and fell to the ground and started laughing. It was my uncle. After going into the cabin he left through the front door and walked around our neighbor's house and into the woods to begin this charade. We were laughing and playing around but when we walked to the cabin I looked back and in the faint light of fire I saw something ***ANOTHER PAIR OF WHITE SHOES!*** Before I could say anything the shoes disappeared from sight. The next day we could not see signs that there was anyone else outside...I still think about it every time I'm in the woods. *****Hope you will enjoy reading this! Don't forget to Like and subscribe.
