Olivier Salad is also know as Russian Potato salad. It is still a traditional dish in Russia and was a part of Soviet cuisine. https://valentinascorner.com/olivier-salad-recipe-russian-potato-salad/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_cuisine#Typical_dishes Ingredients: 3/4 lb of cubed meat 3 potatoes, cubed and cooked 3 carrots, cubed and cooked 6 eggs, cubed and cooked 3 dill pickles, cubed 1 sweet onion, cubed 1 cup of fresh peas half of a cucumber, cubed 1 cup of mayo salt and pepper for taste Instructions: Add potatoes and carrots in a large pot and cover the completely with water. Boil the water and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife can easily go through carrots and potatoes. In a small pot, add eggs with water and boil the eggs. Boil the eggs for 8 to 10 minutes. Cube all of the ingredients. Combine everything and mix. Add mayo. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
