Warm greetings Noise.app community! This is my very first post here! I'm grateful to have found @JohnNovak's post on Hive about his experiences here, with an invitation link, which I used to create this account. I'm still getting used to this platform, and I Still have lots of questions, but I wanted to dive in as soon as I could! I'm on many alternative platforms, though only the open source, decentralized, blockchain-based web3 frameworks hold any real interest for me any longer. While I consider Hive my main online home, I'm quite intrigued by Noise.app, and I'm looking forward to exploring its potential! Well, I don't see a way to search for people, also mutual follows are a bit of a mystery, as I don't even know who's following me other than by seeing on who's posts I can comment. I don't know how or when the monetization of engagement or posts here kicks in or works. Those aren't really questions of course, just strong curiosities! The 'Donations' section of our profile is the only place to enter the SWAP.BCH address, correct? I want to make sure I did it correctly.
I explain: On the left in the world is the bar and you click on "Explore" that will show you people you can follow, you decide if you follow them or not. If you choose to follow someone but someone doesn't follow you, then you will only be able to heart their posts, but you will not be able to comment. It is necessary for the person to follow you so that you can comment on their posts, this was done to avoid spam, in this way everyone chooses the people to follow and comment on. Regarding monetization, it is by anonymous donors, believe me that there are people who are in charge of observing how much and how you interact and based on that they donate to your bch wallet, that is why it is important to have their bch wallet in the settings section . The donation section is for you to send donations to your wallet or for you to send donations to some content that you like. This section to put your wallet is accessed by clicking on your profile, then on settings, and then below where you place your profile Bio you will put each of your bch, btc, smartbch, and paypal addresses. I have uploaded a couple of images for your reference. I hope this helps.
