Sometimes, we help someone not knowing these person doesn't really want any help from you...like you say some advice they do not want
We should help anyone without damaging their pride, honor, dignity, reputation. It is not so difficult to ask someone if they need help. Already in emergencies (accident, injury, violence, extortion, theft, etc.), we have to help. This is our human responsibility and duty.
