Hello-everyone friends, Today my mother has decided to do the gözleme, (saç böreği). My job is eating it. Besides that it should have been ayran. 🥛 Anyway we then do it, let's move on with coffee for now. 😃 I'm trying not to beat food photos but sometimes I need to flex the rules. I call it wrap meal.. 😋
Wrapping food is practical. I love this kind of food. There are many kinds of food eaten in the form of wrap (dürüm) here. There are these types of wrap foods that I want to try in Asian cuisine. For example, we can eat many foods in the form of portions on the plate, between bread or in the form of wraps. Gözleme tastes better as such large wraps. Or it can be cut and eaten by making small wraps.
