Do you also have that second sleep thing where you wake up after 4.5 hours of sleep, stay lucid for about an hour (maybe that's when our ancestors made babies), & then get so sleepy again after that?

nah just go toilet and back to bed
That counts! Haha.
Sometimes also a third sleep.
Heyy! Finally some place I could talk to you! I was unable to comment on your posts, so I decided to like them one by one. But I guess that won’t notify you?
& a fourth & more, l presume? Had that 3rd one earlier. It lasted longer than my 1st 2 combined, haha. Felt tired, like, proper tired for the first time in a while.
I did last night (wake up, I mean, not make babies!). But it was very stormy so that's probably why.
Storms don't get you in the mood, then? *Beep boop*
YES. Which is why my partner is always confused receiving messages at 3 in the morning.
He probably likes waking up to a message from you, anyway, *beep boop*. Wait til he gets woken up by that in person, tho, hahaha!
Actually, people used to sleep like hat all the time. During the time when wolves roamed around your house, I guess, at least one person needed to be awake at all times, so someone woke up, another person went to sleep, then a switch an hour or two later with someone else. https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20220107-the-lost-medieval-habit-of-biphasic-sleep https://www.sciencealert.com/humans-used-to-sleep-in-two-shifts-maybe-we-should-again
Yeah, it wasn't just medieval tho if it's true that people from before electricity was harnessed for night lights would talk about the second sleep in their version of contemporary literature. (Like Mark Twain & Ben Franklin, iirc)
