What happens if you do that?
A thick foam forms & that foam tastes like the espresso shot you poured. In my case it came from arabica beans that were exposed to the humidity in the room so the foam tasted sour. I could tell that it was gonna be sour from the beans already smelling sour from across the room. Adding sugar made the foam taste sweet, but having to mix the sugar in made the foam thinner.

It wasn't THAT random, haha. Cos l visited this huge company & I'm trying to turn the sparkling espresso into a thing... ...even though l don't work there.

Ohhhh, an affogato, then? I like ot when the espresso turns to ice a little bit when it freezes over ice cream!
