My cravings satisfied after days that I wanted to eat mussels there I have it. It's our shopping day and I went to different shops just to look for it. Luckily I got a fresh one from Tesco and I'm so happy when I saw it. I thank my husband for his patience. I even excitedly raised it in the air and shouted at my husband who's at another aisle in front of me "I got mussels, dear!" Hahaha, people stop, I caught their attention. Oh well, I'm just overjoyed and I can't hide it. So as soon as we get home I cook it! Plenty of garlic and ginger and I add pakchoi. Ahh, it's good. Some of you might not even try this shell yet as my husband doesn't eat seafood as well so I can relate but like what I told you before, my father is a fisherman so I'm a seafood lover.
