When they took Mum, Tia said, "Bring back my Lola, please. You took my Lolo and he never comes back." They said to her, she will come back home as soon as the doctor sees her and makes her feel better. Tia said okay. (Mum will be home soon as the Doctor can't do anything. It's really a bad Shingles she got and it's really is painful. Just have to take the pain reliever. That's it.)
