Am I the only one who taught I can rest when nobody is about the house? Like the kids are in school so I thought I can just sit prettily on the couch like a queen. But then again I have clothes to wash. Their room and every room to clean. Toilet and kitchen to scrub. Furniture to wipe off the dust. Carpet to hoover. And food to cook. And now after doing most of it, it's just cooking and folding clothes after two rounds of washing I have to do. And from the time my kids went to school, this is the time I can sit down and have a coffee. I feel accomplished. I love to see the house clean and tidy. So they can make a mess after. 🤣 I love doing what I'm doing because this is my responsibility as a Mom and wife. It's exhausting sometimes but surely I'm well compensated for their smiles and hug well paid with so much love. When a husband looks after his wife, the wife will do more, more than she should with a smile. So husband/partner, look after your wife. You are both awesome working together for your family!
