'Momma's Menu for Today' I'm late cooking today and still cooking ours as the mongo beans are longer to cooked so for a start I prepared this for my husband. He's having pork chops, baby potatoes and mixed vegetables with peppercorn gravy. He didn't go to work today as he's trying to clean the donkey saw that he bought yesterday. He's so happy when he gets new tools. Oh, he loves it. I think men just love tools! 😁 I'm still cooking, part 2 coming up!
