Seen a lot of spammers creating posts and creating fake accounts to interact with their posts and earn them points. We all share points from the same daily spending budget, so when you see spammers make sure you report them because they are stealing the points you should have been getting. Report comments that are unrelated to your posts. And report suspicious users

When the user base grows, spammers, come in. It happens always.
How would you identify scammers though?
As @thesatoshistore has told below, you should check their profile pictures. They have very vague comments as well.
