Pero madumi nga ba ang isaw?
San ba gawa ang isaw?
Anong sakit ang mga nakukuha sa isaw?
Unang una, ang isaw ay isang Filipino street food na galing sa bituka ng manok o baboy.
Nililinisan ito, binaliktad, muling lilinisan, nilalaga mabuti, ska itutuhog sa stick pra iihaw. Kadalasan, isinasawsaw ito sa sukang punong puno ng sili, bawang, at sibuyas upanh matanggal ang "bitterness" sa pagnguya at pagkain ng isaw.
Masama bang kumaen ng isaw?
Ang isaw, kagaya ng lahat ng pagkain, ay hindi maganda sa kalusugan kung sobra sobra ang pagkunsumso o pagkain.
Maari itong maging sanhi ng Hepa, Food Poisoning o maging Colon Cancer kung hindi tama ang preparasyon at hindi malinis ang pagkakagawa ng isaw.
Tandaan, maaring magkasakit sa pagkain nito. Ngunit, hindi namang awtomatikong magkakasakit ka sa unang pagkunsumo o madalang na pagkain nito.
Maging maingat lamang sa pagpili ng kakainan. Lahat ng pagkain ng sobra ay nakakasama. Lahat ng pagkaing hindi maingat at malinis na niluto ay nakakasama, hindi lamang ang isaw. At panghuli, lahat ng sobra-sobra ay nakakasama.

If you see people working and dealing with their lives by themselves, people usually think they chose independence. But somehow, at the end of the day, there is still a thin line between being independent and bein alone.
Most of the time, people choose to be independent because they are expecting that they can work it out by themselves.
Being alone is being expected by people that you can do it by yourself.
Being independent is an option not to deal with people.
Being alone is not having an option to deal with people and the only choice you have is yourself.
Being independent is putting people out of the picture so you can walk by yourself.
Being alone is being put out of the picture and watch them walk away.
Being independent is a choice when people know they can carry themselves.
Being alone is when no one choose to carry on with you. :(
