Hmm, Celsius has had a "change of legal entity". It is no longer Celsius Network Limited, but has become "Celsius Network LLC, A Delaware company". Apparently this is driven by "increased regulatory uncertainty happening in the UK today and recent news from the industry overall". Most significantly perhaps, Celsius has "closed registration for new customers residing in the UK until further notice".
