I tried always to maximize it. Good for everyone. The only thing I would say is that it doesn't curate the content. I wish good quality content could surface more.

  Yes, that's true. There's the 'Popular' page but that favours recent content and content by authors with big followings - not necessarily good quality.

    Indeed. I have to go through the posts to check new things. People who has great following have more exposure. As I started to write again, I will try to get my post there too haha

  Yes, but they work a bit differently to the tips on Noise! On Publish0x, every user can give seven free tips to other users each day - and keep a proportion of the tip themselves. It's a way of rewarding your favourite creators.
