I wonder how Noise.cash picks the users that appear in the 'Might be interesting' box? They are often interesting people to follow but not necessarily the biggest/most popular accounts

They said in the comments that it's tailored with our personal interests. They are probably fellow subscribers on chambers who produces valuable contents. Since chambers might be a way to track our interests.
