You may remember me telling you that my funds have disappeared from my Trodl wallet. I've tried emailing and tweeting Trodl, but haven't had a reply yet. Here's something odd though - if I choose 'token swap', I can still see my correct (old) balance. So it looks like this might be a technical problem rather than a security breach? I'm still not very hopeful about getting a resolution though. #cryptocurrency #trodl

Could be a technical issue like you pointed out. Maybe you need to update your app first and five it time.
From frontend side, it could be that they the labels of the called API and the frontend do not match. One thing you can try to check the developer tools console and see if any errors come up in red there. Or check under the network tab if the called API return the right data. I mean you could do that. I normally do but it's just because I'm used to because of work. Sometimes is best to sit back, relax and wait for they support to come back. I hope you get a resolution soon mate!
