I'm an egg person but I wasn't always one. I started loving eggs especially scrambled eggs. The Frenchy style ones that were creamy and runny. I would go back for 2nds and 3rds at the breakfast buffets at the hotels we stayed at during our travels. But back when I was in 4th Grade, my twin and I went down with fever so we had to miss school. It was a rare occurrence for us and I remember feeling so sick and bad and all that stuck to me was the memory of eating sunny side-up eggs, hotdog, and rice for breakfast that morning. Of course our illness had nothing to do with the eggs, but the association was enough to make me averse to eggs. Ever since then, I'd kind of gag at the thought of sunny side-up eggs on rice and hotdogs. The smell would make me queasy. Some 10 - 15 or so years later, I stumbled upon Gordon Ramsey's scrambled eggs video. At the time I had been living on my own and I had just started to try cooking food for myself. Ah, i rediscovered my love for all kinds of eggs. My favourite is still the creamy scrambled ones, but close to 2nd is the fried, sunny-side up ones with runny yolk and 3rd are poached eggs. Yum!!! For today's breakfast, I decided to add scrambled eggs to my prepared low-carb meal (chicken and veggies with fried egg). I didn't feel like one egg was enough, I'm a 2-egg person lol :P Anyone here who's also an egg person? 😊😊😊 Have a good breakfast and an awesome day, everyone! #breakfast #egg #storytime
