Lake Pukaki | the road to Mt Cook 🏔 NZ Yes this lake really is this colour! I would even say more of a light blue when you’re there and the sun is out. It is glacier fed and due to the minerals it turns this milky light blue colour. It is incredible to see, and feels unreal when standing right next to it. Almost as it you could fill up a glass of water and it would be this blue haha... maybe I should try that next time! The lenticular clouds look incredible too! This is when I’m about to start the Hooker Valley track here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 Peace and love :)
