Matera, Italy 🇮🇹 Here are a few shots of the beautiful Matera, and ancient city in south Italy (basilicata). There are lots of ancient cave dwellings here... actually not quite ancient, but pretty old! You can’t quite see in the photos, but the rocky faces have caves carved into them where people used to live. It’s very fascinating to see and explore! You can go inside and see what the homes were like :) I have a few more posts from italy coming up :) Peace and love to you all :)
