Tongariro sunrise 🌄 Just before setting off on a 7 hour 20km hike through the tongariro crossing, I watched this awesome sunrise for a few minutes! It was an early start and a challenging hike, was steep to begin with and very windy up top! You can see the mountain on the left? Well, the volcano 🌋 the hike goes over and around that to the other side :) it was probably the best one I’ve ever done in terms of views! That’s also Mt Doom from lord of the rings! Peace and love!
