Good morning from NZ, noise fam!:) Here is the beautiful and powerful Whanganui River! Following on from my previous posts of the Goblin Forest at Mt Taranaki 🌋 I then drove up through the middle of the country towards tongariro, and you follow this ancient river. Māori legend has it that Taranaki was once in the middle of the island, but there was a dispute and it moved its way to the east coast, carving the Whanganui river! Most parts of this river are inaccessible, but you can do an 3 day kayak/camping trip to experience the untouched and ancient land! Me weekly theme is ‘greenery’ and I still have some more to share with you all - I appreciate you all and love hearing your thoughts and seeing your awesome posts! Peace and love!
