Mt Ngauruhoe up close!:) 🌋 Many people’s favourite volcano, due to it featuring in lord of the rings as Mt Doom! Also as it’s part of the wonderful tongariro national park here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 it rises to 2,291m and sure is an impressive sight! I have not summited this peak yet, I’m not sure if you’re allowed to due to protected land. It sure is great to observe :) it was a great day over the weekend and an awesome place to be!
