We can only hope sooner rather than later. Here in western Mindanao, folks who tested positive for Covid are grabbed and sent to a "detention" center, where several of them have died.
Power attracts sick and twisted types who love to lord it over the rest of us. Pretending to act for everyones best interests is the oldest trick in the book.
