UPDATE: Refund is being processed. I just tried to buy an Amazon gift card on Coinsbee with BCH. After I paid the amount of BCH requested it kept saying insufficient funds. I had to pay another small amount. and then another. I gave up after the third request for more BCH. I then tried to submit a support ticket through their website and that generated an error. Finally I sent an email with screen shot of the failed transaction to their support email. So now waiting to either get my BCH back or my Amazon gift card. I don't like highlighting issues that criticize BCH services but this was awful and needs fixing if crypto is going to match a credit card.
