The latest technical Steering Committee meeting by PSF. An interesting talk discussing progress of the gatsby wallet android app that will work with IPFS (Interplanetary File System) making it highly uncensorable. AN interesting piece of info shared was that they will not be developing on the Apple (IOS) platform for several reasons 1. They are developing free software for users in Latin America and elsewhere where no one uses IOS 2. You can load apps directly on to Android but can only do this on Apple through the App Store 3. It is a full time job just keeping your app in the Apple store. 4. You should not hold funds on an Apple phone due to kernel vulnerabilities. One developer lost 50 Eth as a kernel vulnerability allowed a hacker to steal his private keys. Despite continuous patches new vulnerabilities continue to pop up. https://youtu.be/joyN1Q-5tnI

Thanks for pointing out that iPhones are vulnerable to hacking. I used an iPhone, but I move my coins off my bitcoin.com wallet as soon as they reach $10 or so. I just don't feel comfortable using a cellphone to store lots of money.
