What's up vegan hive community? I thought today I would show off a small post about an amazing restaurant called https://www.theheartyhooligan.com/. this is a restaurant in Hamilton Ontario.
So to start this was the last stop on our Christmas trip to Niagara falls Ontario, we didn't get to eat at any fully vegan restaurants during the stay because we'll it was Christmas and they happened to all be closed. We did find many places offering vegan foods but this place was a fully vegan joint.

They are a Simpson-themed place, with a few other cartoons but this one here with Bart writing on the blackboard is the best.
When it comes to the food it was likely the best place I have eaten at all year.
I had a nacho burrito, this was an amazing meal with TVP, Chips, Vegan cheese, and some jalapeno it was perfectly done, and o my god the taste makes your mouth water.
The other food shared is from my wife and kids, this includes dill pickles fries, yes that's right and I got to say these are also amazing.
Next, we got a house-made pizza pocket, which was stuffed with peppers, and pepperoni. I tried a bite and it is very tasty and stuffed to the max.
Next, my son got a dill pickle dog, so a vegan dog topped with sliced-up dill pickles and a creaming sauce.
And my other son got a classic poutine, he is plain but this looked really good.
We also got pizza bites, these are really good with the pepperoni and sauce going in the middle of a house-made flatbread.
We also can't forget the dessert called a Snowstorm, We only got one photo of these.

This strain is from Bulkbuddy here in Canada.

Black Market Strains - Skibs - Mixed Bag
When it comes to not growing it means I will be heading back to the legal and black market a lot more. Mostly the black market as it is the only place to get really good flower cheaply.
Anyone that followed me before knows I consume a lot of cannabis. That means paying 50$ an eighth is never gonna fly as I am not rich.
Things brings me over to skibs, I am not 100% sure why they are called that but hey I know it is the bottom of bags. The reason I know this is the other one they have is called B.O.B. this stands for while bottom of bags. So they take the end of the jars or bags and just add them into this one. I have gotten some really fire flower buying these.
The downfall is not knowing the strains I am smoking but really before 2018, 99% of the flower was random strains mostly OG kush or Kush haha even though most had no Kush smell or looks.
With this bag here I am thinking it was 3 strains. It has a nice dank purple strain that has a very strong nose to it. This one I think is an Indica leaning strain as it's the one I smoked first. You can see that it has some nice gray ashes.
The next is a really light coloured green, this is a sign of sativa but I am not 100% sure. This one also has a nose on it but it is more of a diesel smell than an OG kush.
The third one is slightly darker in colour with a very slightly dark/purple undertone or sugar leaves. It is hard to tell with this one as I had more crystal but a lot less nose than the other 2.
Well, in the end, I am happy, it was 35$ for a quarter so a lot cheaper than the legal stores, the last one from the legal store was 37$ for a half and anything under that 33-40$ price mark is just garbage now. Unless it is early lemon berry by nugz that shit is pure fire for 28$ plus tax.
Banks Blocking Coinbase - Try Newton Exchange - Cheaper, Faster
When it comes to buying crypto I know we have so many ways these days. With coinbase being the main one as it is the biggest. It does have very high fees but it was always the most convenient way to buy, until recently my bank blocked all transactions to coinbase so that means finding a new way to buy crypto.

With the FTX news, I don't recommend as always leaving more than you can afford to lose on any exchange.
Not your key, not your crypto remember that quote the whole time you are in crypto.
That means this new platform for me is mostly or only for onboarding, I mean I could trade crypto on it but I am more of the hold and sell the later type of person. I have or will do some trades but with this news going on with exchanges I am not sure it's worth the risk to leave more than $20 on an exchange.
Newton
With Newton, I do an e-transfer and have my funds in and off the exchange within 1 hour so that's a great bonus.
Somethings I have found is they do use coinbase vault so not 100% sure that is a safe place but like I was staying if your looking for a new place to onboard in Canada check it out.
Just going over a few features that I like and think can come in handy
E-transfer - This is sent from the bank to the exchange within 30 mins. That is good for dips but also means you shouldn't have to leave fiat on the exchange.
Recurring Buys - This means leaving some money on the exchange but also means you will be able to DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) daily if you want. With the e-transfer, you don't have leave more than a couple of days worth of buys on exchange.
Fees - With no deposit or withdrawal fees I welcome that. I know a few don't but some exchanges charge massive mining fees for no reason. (Like yesterday I paid $1.00 to withdraw BCH when it would be closer to 0.10 on another exchange).
Withdrawal mining $5 paid - Now how sustainable this is I am not sure but for most chains we know the fees are close to nothing or they try to get them at this point. With coins like ETH, BTC we know during peak times this goes way higher.**Bold**
In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to buy crypto in Canada and you don't like it or your bank blocks coinbase give newton a try. I mean still to date for me the best way to buy crypto without KYC is a BTC ATM with direct send to your own wallet.

Pinery Provincial Park - Old Ausable Channel Part 1
It has been a great 2 weeks, I have gone on an internet break and a nice family vacation. But enough about me I am going to be doing quite a few posts over the next couple of weeks with photos of the places and things we saw.
These photos in this first post are from pinery provincial park in Grand Bend Ontario. These photos are of the old Ausable Channel. I will have lots of different photos from this channel as we camped right along it. This channel also runs the whole length of the park with a bridge in the middle to drive to the beach on Lake Huron. https://oldausablechannel.ca/old-ausable-channel/
Photo 1 -4 is of one of the many beaver dams located on this channel. I haven't seen this many in this park in a few years so it is great to see them coming back. The view is just amazing as well with the Lilly pad that is protected in this forest and maybe even Canada.

Organic Grow Room Living Soil Experiment Grow 3 - #22 - Spider Mite Problem
With it being two weeks since I have done anything online or given an update I am starting this one with some bad news. When I was away on vacation enjoying nothing but nature and the forest I came home to the tent having some Spider Mites. I think the reason I got them was that my tent got dry and low humidity due to being in flower. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider_mite
I have been doing my research again and again and I think I can hit them with dawn soap and water, then apple cider vinegar and water, then I will use Soap again. I am hoping this will hold them off during flower. This was the final battle to complete the daily quest, I was pretty confident from the lineup that I was going to be able to get the win with the flesh golem.

Still working on level 75 for this game, I asm thinking it will be a month maybe more before that happens so slow grind while earning a few starbits a day. Battle Challenge: Drake OF ARNAK VS WIZARD OF Eastwood

When it comes to the dragon battles it is one element I have said before I just don't use enough, being that I am in the silver league that may be why or the fact I just haven't focused on leveling up that splinter.

Summoner - DRAKE OF ARNAK.
So to start the summoner I had was the very basic but deadly DRAKE OF ARNAK. With his +1 armor, it was going to be a given with the rules set of +2 armor.
This is the normal dragon summoner I take, I have a 3 mana but not a skill dragon summoner I never use.
I am pretty sure my last dragon quest challenge was with this summoner as well.
First Spot - Blocker -
This first spot was taken with a blocker, These 0 mana monsters are excellent to take the first hit and maybe even the second. This is something I always do when Ii get the chance to give my tank that extra little bit of security in the first round.
Second Spot - Tank - FLESH GOLEM
This second spot was the tank, I put the Flesh golem in this spot as it has healing and will be able to stand while the blocker is taken out. This has worked in the past many times.
Third Spot - Healer -
This third spot is taken up by the healer, I normally wouldn't take this monster but the Flesh golem had no healing and I knew it was going to need it. It is able to let off a few attacks as well.
Fourth Spot - Ranged - NAGA ASSASSIN
This spot was taken up by another dragon I use almost every time I do play it, I like the speed in this monster with the range it makes it quite deadly and for only 2 mana.

Round 1 -
With this round the enemy summoner took away the bonus 2 armor, I am still up 1 with my summoner so this left my whole team with 1 armor. As was though the unicorn took out my blocker( Plan Worked) taking the first blow off my tank.

These cannabis plants just keep bouncing back from the training. I think I will be leaving them alone for a week and hoping they just grow from here. I got may 7th as a flip date but may push that a week depending on the size.
Leaving them till the 14th or even June 1st will allow the autos to finish and the photos to take some intense training.
It is great to see a pea have 3 pods and the one seems to be filling with pea. So if you can't tell this is the first time I have grown peas.
This pepper plant is really packing the weight on now with 3 peppers, I can even see 1 or 2 more coming out.
The autos are slowly coming, The @bifbeans is the one I am really hoping is a female as I have said before. This one is the reason I may wait till June 1st flip. https://peakd.com/@bifbeans

I am telling you if these plants can survive I am hoping they can be small monsters. They seem to have taken the transplant like it was nothing and enjoyed it really. I am already seeing new growth on the first one.

Isopods
Well look what I have found in this soil today, It is small woodlouse or isopods. This is the first time I have seen them in the soil I normally just see the adults roaming around.
Mushrooms
The other thing is these Leucocoprinus birnbaumii, Now we all know I love when mushrooms come up out of the soil but it is toxic so no eating this one and I normally cut or cover it but it is spreading with the humidity rise for veg plants.
This one here is always coming up, I can't think of the name but it is not poisonius I do remember that. These normally die off once the tent is in flower.
Pepper Plant
Look at the small little peppers, I really was hoping it would grow taller before this but it has put out pepper after pepper now but I am afared they will be small ones but it was or is a test.
With the peas, I am finally starting to get a pod or two, Again this plant is small I am not sure why both plants are small but it is a lesson on indoor growing.

Blockchain Gaming With Skylinebuds - Daily Grind - Thunkgaria
With today's show, the first hour was focused on playing and grinding some more Thunkgaria. I will be streaming 1 hour a day all week. You can find the intro in my post.

With Thunkgaria I was able to grind a few more levels and get my party up to level 6 AVG. This was a slow grind with the dungeons. I am not able to fully beat the second or beyond dungeon ut I am going to keep grinding and looking for better loot.

I have been grinding these even when I am not on stream as that is the join of the game, It is all about grinding them missions to unlock the next step in becoming a ROCK STAR. I have been slowly trying to figure out of 1 300 min misson is better than slowly grinding in an effort to get the most starbits.

Another big update to the garden today, I have decided it was best to move the 2 other plants from the outdoor stack and add them to this pot. This will give me a total of 3 regs and 2 autos.

One of the things I have noticed and really might be a good thing is the sides of the pot have had dry spots. This is not good when you want the soil to stay moist all the time as worms and organisms thrive in moister soil but not WET soil.
I have done some massive massive training to all 3 of the new plants, I don't have strain names so I will label them next time and we will have 1,2,3. but these have all gotten LST clips and dead old leaves are taken off. They all should recover just fine, The first one that went in is actually showing new growth and standing or was for the light.
The peppers are doing great, Or the one pepper, it's producing 2-3 peppers and I started some training on this with LST clips as well. I am not sure this works but I am hoping it gives more space between the branches.
Don't forget about the mushrooms, I am pretty such my CO2 bag is coming to an end but it still has some while growth so I will keep it around a bit longer.

Well some bad news on the auto flowers, I seem to just not be able to keep a seedling alive if I can get the seed to even crack.
This sucks so I have decided I will be moving back to regular plants and figuring a cycle out that allows me to get some plants started in another tent and move to the big tent after. I am not sure how to cycle them so they don't get transplant shock along with flipping at the same time. I think I will be buying some fabric pots that unzip at the bottom. This will allow the plants to sit on top of my soil and naturally root so should allow no transplant shock.

With the plants, I moved an auto flower I had in a 1 gallon that I didn't know was a 1 gallon and put it into 100 Gallon. I am really hoping it doesn't take a hit in growth but I think even if it does it will be better off. I also added 1 of the outdoor plants to the 100-gallon, I am hoping this will take and I can train it with LST Clips.
The peas have really taken off the last week or so, They are starting to show new growth and grow up the stick so this weekend I will be adding a trellis I got, I am not sure how well it will work so all a test.

with the pink kush finally showing some real life I am happy to have 2 plants going again. I still seem to have no luck germing seeds as one of the 2 never cracked in the paper towel.
I am seeing some peppers really forming, I am hoping even with the short plant I can get something off this and the seedlings start to take off.

With the end of this brawl, I was able to finally get my first gladius case, I am happy as I was able to get my first case and an epic. 3 Death cards and I don't normally use death too much but I will enjoy these next brawl.

Delegation and Rewards
The 4 tokens I am going to focus on at the start are SPT, ONEUP, WEED, THGAMING. With these 4 tokens they seem to be the most content I curate with minus tokens like PIMP but I might add that token later on.
So the breakdown will be as follows:
50% Is powered up (This is for the projects that payout 100, So to still gain power in those tokens.
Liquid Tokens of SPT ONEUP WEED THGAMING -
25% Will be given back to delegators ( This seems small but with post payouts and curation rewards this should equal to more than just curation rewards)
10% Will be placed in a liquid pool on beeswap
10% Will be sold to Swap.Hive (This is only till the account has enough liquid hive)
5% Sold to DEC, Starbits, BUDS, Crop, Tokens for giveaways.
