I read a saying in various articles or proverbs in the book that "life is not a bed of roses". Although I didn't have the intelligence to understand its importance at the time, growing up, this proverb seems to surround my life because I think of this proverb now in every difficult moment.
New light in the new year Hello friends! How are you? It seems that everyone is welcoming the new year strongly. We say goodbye to the old year and welcome the new year (2023). Many happy and sad memories are associated with the life of each of us. Maybe many of us have been hurt by many mistakes and have corrected ourselves. But no matter what happens in the old year, it is the expectation of each of us that in the new year we can correct all the mistakes and organize ourselves in a new way to live a good life. I am home alone today and I would have been full of enthusiasm to welcome the new year if my daughter was with me today. My daughter has gone to the village because of her cousin's marriage. She went to the village with great joy to celebrate the marriage ceremony because all the relatives will be there and to spend a good time with my daughter's age group which is the main reason for her to go to the village. I could have gone too but everyone says my son is too young only four years old and the severity of winter is too severe in the village that's why I didn't go. But now alone it seems that the decision to go was right, I made a mistake by not going 🥹. However, time or day does not wait for anyone, they move at a constant speed, only if we have to keep pace with this speed, then there will be a balance of life. **But I want to end the article with a few words and best wishes to all of you >>** **Dear friends and family,** It’s that time of the year where we’re all getting together with our friends and families to celebrate the new year. As the years go by, I feel that we grow apart. While doing well in our careers, we’re spending more time at work rather than spending time with each other. But it doesn't have to be this way! Let's make this new year so happy and joyous! Let's make sure that every day is filled with happiness because no matter where you come from or what walk of life you are from, everyone deserves a life worth living! ***I hope you have a wonderful New year celebration full of family and friends.*** @sj0820

A unfinished love story! This story is not being recorded just for the sake of writing. The story will reveal the autobiography of someone's life. There are many unspoken words and accumulated suffering that can be expressed in this register. Love is a very normal thing in our society. In which a girl and a boy play the main roles. This is not fiction, it is a reality or a part of many people's lives. This love can give everything fullness or imperfection. We are very happy when a love is fulfilled, it seems that a goal of life is achieved because that guy lives that girl in his life he loved and can be together for the rest of his life. I don't discuss it now, saying that it can either lead to a happy marriage or divorce, otherwise I leave it to fate and I don't know what's left, so neither of us can predict the future. But I can say one thing now, whose love is incomplete. Because I know that love story. This boy loved a girl many years ago and their love was not fulfilled because the boy was a student and had no job or income. In such a situation, when the girl's family comes to know about their love, will they accept this love? What would you do if you were in this situation? The girl's family accepted but with some conditions. The condition was that the boy and his family should be informed and the girl should be married with the consent and presence of both families. The matter seems very simple but actually there was not so much courage because there is a lot of difference between a girl's family and a boy's family. Boys are often identified as the head of the household and are later expected to take on all the responsibilities and decisions of the household. Then you can understand how he can decide to marry a girl at such a young age without any job or income when he is promoted to such a responsible position. This is the fact of our society which we can never change. As easily as the girl was able to accommodate her family, the boy was not able to accommodate his family as easily and a conflict arose between the two lovers. Actually there is nothing to say because everything is the fault of age. Because both of them are university students and not very old, in such a situation, emotion works much more than reality, but there was no one to control this emotion and explain the reality. This opportunity was then taken by a third party. That girl was constantly convinced that the boy didn't really love her but was just passing the time. The boy could not convey his love to his family in any way because his family was very poor. The boy was sent to the city to study engineering and his family's hopes revolved around this boy, so when the boy thought about this, he would walk away from his love. For once he didn't tell his lover that he loved her so much and to wait for him. The girl begins to believe in the third person without seeing any advances or expressions of love from her lover. Then what else happened in destiny. The girl got married to someone else and the boy could do nothing but watch silently. Maybe that day the boy cried a lot silently because boys can't express their tears to anyone. Called the girl after her marriage but the girl's husband received the call and the boy hung up the phone without saying anything. Then the lovers never spoke again. After almost a century, how did they meet again through social media! The boy is now an established engineer and rich. But time has changed a lot between the two. The girl is now a mother of two kids and the boy is married and has children too. The girl still has anger but it's not for her boyfriend it's for herself. This is what the girl wrote in a text message to the boy. The reason for writing like this is that she was very stupid and immature in the past and she left her loved ones without understanding the words of others. Which she shouldn't have done. But the twist in this story is that the boy asks the girl to meet because actually neither of them are happy with their partners. They are now at a stage in life from which there is no turning back or severing their respective relationships. Now it seems their reconnection is another mistake. So two unhappy people and the pull of love will be one again? I don't know because I said I don't know the future, so it remains a question! The story ends here and some last words- That is why many people say that there is a lot of difference between mature and immature love. We love but do not know how to value love. You have to give time for the consequences of love. Never judge your love by the words of others. The most important thing is to value the family when you have moved on from the old relationship and involved yourself in a new relationship. If you make a wrong decision here too out of emotion , there may be no way to correct it! #Original content written by @sj0820
Hello noisers! My days have been very busy for a while now because I have a wedding invitation coming up very soon and I have to do a lot of work for that, so I don't have time for my blogging and writing. But hope your days are going very well. Anyway, went to a restaurant a few days ago and had nachos there. The food was very tasty. The funny thing is that I didn't even know the name of this dish before. I ate it with great interest after hearing from a friend, so now whenever I go to a restaurant, I definitely try this dish coz I like it. Lots of cream or mayonnaise and chicken with a sweet and sour tomato sauce and beetroot to top it off, and last but not least, crispy nachos. Just yuum! Remembering this makes me want to eat again. It seems only safe to sleep now hehe! Anyway, good night everyone!
Hope For Back! Hello my reader friends! How are you all? I know a very serious situation is going on now that TheRandomRewarder has left this platform. I know everyone has the same bad feeling like me, it seems like there is something incomplete around and I am missing something. After all, we are lucky to still be able to write and express our thoughts here. Of course we are also praying that this site will be back to normal and that our current sad times will soon pass. I have been involved with this site for almost a year now and have a soul pull with all the users out here. I know others feel the same way as me but there is nothing to do. Patience is the key to winning the battle. I am grateful to think that I still have the opportunity to write articles on this platform. But we all want Rusty to come back!
knock out these people from your life! People in our lives can make us happy or tear us down. If you want to be more successful and happier, it's important to find people who will support and love you unconditionally. It is true that nobody likes to be stuck with the negativity of the people around them. Sometimes it becomes difficult to even stay in touch with these people, but we need to be mindful that these are also humans who are going through tough times. Therefore before we decide to ditch them, we should try and offer solace by means of our connections. Spreading negativity in your life is not a good practice because they make it difficult for you to enjoy life and they don't want it themselves either. By staying in contact with these people, you can help them out of their negative state. This is a hard one. The first question to ask yourself is, "Can I survive without that person in my life?" If the answer is not yes, and you know that this person will always be a negative force, then do what it takes to make them go away. In this case many close and personal relationships will be destroyed I know but at least if you can follow some of my advice then hopefully you will never have to be sad or disrespected by such people in the future. **#1-** You are not obligated to be friends with people who spread negativity in your life. You can tell them that they need to stop or get out of your life if they don't change their ways. Some negative people are simply toxic and should not be tolerated. **#2-** People who criticize others all the time are called toxic gossips. Ignore them or get them out of your life as soon as possible because they will poison you with their negativity. **#3-** Be serious about kicking these people out of your life so you can live a better and more positive life! But cutting them out of your life doesn't mean you have to cut them out of your life entirely. You can still be friends with them but only if they're in a better mood. **Before concluding the article, I repeat that-** Negative people are a problem. They are always complaining about everything, and they always find a way to turn any situation into something bad. They want to make sure that they bring you down with them. They don't realize what they are doing and just keep complaining about the same things over and over again. They might think that their way of thinking is the best or only way, but there are many other ways to look at things. And if you find yourself in this situation, then it might be time for a change. You should take some time away from these people in order to get back on track and see hokjw much better life can be when it's free from negative people. @sj0820
Cares and social media The feeling of not being cared for is a universal experience. And we often feel like nobody cares because the people around us are too busy with their own lives and don’t have time for us. Especially in our family or romantic relationships, we can easily lose ourselves if we don’t protect our boundaries. Relationships with other people and coping mechanisms to deal with depression are topics that require a lot of attention. Our social network is so intertwined and it can be hard to identify ourselves when we don't know who we are anymore. Even in our social media-driven world, there are people who feel like they have no one that cares about them. All this is based off the "likes" on social media which tell us our self-esteem depends on these likes. Then when people don't like what they see they feel terrible and start building up angry thoughts either toward themselves or others. We are told by society that we have to have a perfect life, or else. This is how the feeling of being alone and no one cares about you starts, and it builds up into something terrible. You can't really blame them because the social media platforms only care about using their data to make money and track their movements. They don't really care about human beings on the other end of their screen. Feel like nobody cares about us and that we are the only ones who care about them. This is an incredibly lonely feeling, and it's something that many people struggle with on a daily basis. **So what's the problem? Why do we feel like nobody cares? And is there anything we can do to help this situation?** There are a few reasons why we might feel like nobody cares. Maybe that person was too busy to respond, they wanted to give us the cold shoulder, or maybe we just weren't important enough. However, some people might feel like nobody cares because there was nothing for them in their lives. Maybe they have been rejected so many times, that they don't see any point in trying again. There are many people and organizations that care about us but we as a society have become disconnected. This disconnect can lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation. It is easy to get lost in the maze of our lives and feel like nobody cares. In reality, there are tons of people who care about you, but you may have been conditioned to believe otherwise. Humans come with a built-in need for connection and social approval: Loneliness can lead to negative health outcomes and mortality. We need more opportunities to connect with others. We need more chances to meet new people and be engaged in our communities. We need more ways of adding meaning and purpose to our lives, feeling like we are contributing to the greater good. And perhaps most importantly, we need these connections for psychological therapy for the mental illness that has been seen in recent years - such as depression and anxiety - so that it does not spread any further than it already has. @sj0820
Really good morning message can be a great way to start a beautiful morning but what can I do when my good morning is midday! Because I woke up a little earlier and didn't have breakfast because it's noon. I know it's a very irregular practice to lead life. But there is a huge history behind it, which I don't think I can finish writing here at the moment, but I will definitely try to write it in my article. You must know the link of my read. cash profile. Here it is > https://read.cash/r/sj0820. Hopefully noise apps will be a great experience for all of us and it's good to say that this is my first post on this app. Be well everyone and hope you all have a wonderful day. So good morning friends!
Think you are memorable to someone in the world? There are many times when we are forced to do many things against our will but not everything can be done even if we want to! I haven't been able to concentrate on any work for a while now so I thought I needed to take a break for some time. A few days ago a poor woman came to me for help although I have known her for a long time because she often comes. She often said that she had a blind grandson and she would leave her grandson alone at home and go out to beg. She came that day like every time and said that her grandson was very sick and he wanted to eat fish. She came to me asking for some money so that she could buy fish and feed her sick grandson. Although , she also said that her grandson had been asking for fish for days and told her to come to me because I often helped him with money. But unfortunately I didn't have any money that day for which I asked her to come the next day. As usual she came the next day and took the money from me to buy one kg of fish. I was very happy to give her some money but two days later the woman came again and said her grandson had died. Hearing that, I felt like something hit me hard because I was shocked. This old woman's condition and the news of a sudden death have made me feel cut off from everything. I desperately want everything to go back to normal but can't focus. I couldn't imagine how people's lives change within a period of time. Birth, death and marriage are the three things that only Allah has control over. Most of us who are alive are too busy and don't care about others and don't have time to think about anyone or check on relatives. It is the eternal truth to be born and die. How many of us have really made meaningful use of the time we spend on earth between this birth and death, so that I will be remembered by others after my death? It's really something to think about and think about now, you might not have time to think about it later! @sj0820
The Importance of Gratitude & What Islam Teaches us About Gratitude? Gratitude to Allah is an integral part of Islam. It is one of the most important Islamic teachings and practices- to be grateful to Allah. Expressing gratitude can be done in many ways. The people of Earth will thank Allah for their sustenance, which they can eat and drink, as well as for the blessings that they receive from Him such as health, family and children. One way to express gratitude is by saying **"Alhamdulillah"** before eating or drinking anything. The words mean “thanks be to Allah” and are recited when we are grateful for what we have been given by Allah during our lives. Another way is by giving charity- **Zakat** – which is a payment made according to a set proportion (**2.5% minimum**) of someone’s income or wealth, typically at the end of each year if the person meets certain criteria set out in Islam. **In Islam, gratitude is one of the most important virtues. The Prophet Muhammad said: "Praise be to Allah, who created us and gave us guidance."** There are many ways of expressing gratitude in accordance with Islamic teaching. For instance, Prophet **Muhammad often used to say:** "Alhamdulillah" (thanks be to Allah) or "Alhamdulillah rabbil alameen" (thanks be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds). He also said: "La ilaha illa-Allah" (there is no deity but Allah), which means that one should thank Allah for the blessings He has bestowed upon him or her. In Islam, gratitude is an important way of living. Good deeds are often rewarded with more goodness, so being grateful for the good things in life is an important part of how Muslims live their lives. Islam teaches every Muslim to be grateful for the bounty Allah has given them. One of the most important messages is that we should be thankful for all that we have and not just focus on what we are lacking. Being grateful reminds us to appreciate even small things in life and this can act as a guiding principle in everyday life. A person should always feel gratitude even if they don't deserve it. There are also certain obligations that Muslims are obligated to pay back, such as showing gratitude after being helped out. **Gratitude is an equally important element of the non-Muslim faith.** It has been seen as a true blessing for both Muslims and non- Muslims alike. Gratitude is an emotion that benefits not just Muslims but anyone who experiences it, Muslim or otherwise. Generating gratitude may seem like a daunting task, but once the person takes a moment to reflect on what they are grateful for, they will feel the change in their heart and mind. The benefits of gratitude are widespread, not just limited to Muslims or any other group of people. The more people practice gratitude, the more the world around them changes for good. We often misconstrue graciousness as a sign of weakness and that’s not the case at all. We can cultivate more graciousness in our lives to get more of what we want, to be more successful, less tired and less stressed, and to live a fulfilling life overall. Graciousness is not about being polite or agreeable for the sake of being polite or agreeable - it's about behaving that way when it's not easy to do so because we know how much others need it from us. **Original content by** @sj0820

Own Nothing! Sometimes I get too paranoid because there are so many thoughts and pressures around us that we don't have time to think about ourselves but suddenly when someone dies in front of our eyes it gives us a different kind of shock. A very close relative of mine died a few days ago and a few months she came to my house because she had a doctor's appointment. She took treated at my house for about a week and it was very difficult because she was very sick in bed. After returning home from my house I heard that she was feeling much better than before. She was also physically well. But suddenly she became very ill and was admitted to the hospital. This was her last visit to the hospital because she returned home with a dead body from the hospital! She was bedridden for several months before her death and suffered. **However, I wish the deceased soul to rest in peace, and may Allah grant her Paradise.** In this world, we struggle so much. One day this struggle will be over and all our preoccupations will be over. So who are we fighting with? One day neither I nor you will be in this world. We are only guests for a certain period. Money and wealth have brought some people so low that they do not forget to deny their blood. As children are being born before our eyes and many are dying, I am slowly growing old and approaching death. When these thoughts surround me from all around, I think how can I free myself from the fascination of this world? We have a lot of love for this world, our children, our own family, our husband, and our parents, we don't give any place to others just for ourselves. But actually, do we have anything in the world to call our own? After your death, your family members will be busy taking your dead body out of the house first, because if it is left in the house for a long time, the dead body may smell bad. If you can't take anything, why are people so proud? But yes some things can go with you - your good deeds and your behavior towards others while living in this world. **How many of us care for good deeds--?**
Good morning friends! I am writing after a long time coz i have been busy. I am so sorry for neglecting this blog for so long. I have been busy but that's no excuse for not doing what I love the most. I will try to be regular from now on! See you all soon! :)
Beauty is power The topic that "Beauty is power" is most notably attributed to English novelist Charlotte Bronte. It means that people judge others based on their physical appearance and it has been shown that those who are judged more attractive have an advantage over those who are seen as less attractive. The phrase may have been first recorded in 1849 when Charlotte Bronte wrote the series of novels Jane Eyre, in which the protagonist, Jane Eyre, has to battle prejudices and her fears. However, now let's not discuss the details of the Nobel and discuss the topic of the article. Few people have succeeded in making the world a better place by being ugly. Ray Charles, Helen Keller, and Vincent Van Gogh are all examples of artists who made significant contributions to society despite their imperfections. In "Ugliness is powerlessness," John Berger argues that society's obsession with physical beauty is a way to make people feel powerless. He says that the "attributes of power are at present socially coded as beautiful." Even when beauty is not required outright, it is usually seen as an enhancement. Subsequently, those who possess beauty are given more opportunities than others in every area of life- education, employment, finance- and are perceived as more intelligent and successful. Some people may not think of beauty as power, but it certainly is. A lot of people admire the beauty of women. When people see a beautiful woman, they will feel more attracted to her and she will also be respected by others. Beauty has always been more than just how one looks- it had a long-lasting effect on how one is treated by society. You can see the rise of feminism in recent years. Women are finally being recognized as powerful. In the past, there was a time when men were considered to be more important than women. Women's beauty is their power, and now it is being noticed as such. Society has changed so much that you can now see the reverse of what it used to be like in the past. Now we see that beauty is power and that women are powerful beings. In Western society, we like to associate beauty with power. However, this is not always the case as many women have been mistreated because of their femininity. This often causes a feeling of guilt, shame, and other negative emotions for the victims which are unfair. Machismo culture has caused many women to be treated miserably in Latin America, for example, and it still exists in other societies all around the world. It's time for us to start appreciating women for their skills, intellect, and knowledge rather than their appearance. "It is not the hegemonic male who dictates what beauty means, but the female herself. She is the one who creates her beauty." This quote from a speech by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie summarizes the idea that a woman should not think about how to be beautiful for others, but for herself. The idea that beauty is power needs to change. ***Lead image by** ****AdinaVoicu**** **from** ****Pixabay******.** @sj0820
Expectations from Love and relationship The expectations have changed a lot over the years. Love, family and self-expectations have changed a lot over the years as well. This is due to the fact that people became more independent, in relationships we are becoming more open to be polyamorous, we want some one who can provide us stability and harmony. -When thinking about expectations, we have to face many questions. **What are your expectations for the love of your life?** **How do you define a healthy relationship?** **Which family type suits you best?** **Which self-image do you have?** All these are not just questions, these are very deeply related to our life. Everyone has expectations for their potential partner. We want them to be our perfect match, be a good parent, and have a fulfilling career. So when our expectations aren't met, it's natural for us to feel disappointed. We need to find what we are expecting and see if we are holding our partner responsible for those things. If so, then there is an opportunity to adjust those expectations - that way we can both feel satisfied in the relationship. Some of our expectations are rigid and don't allow for change. Relationship is an example of this. When a relationship turns sour, it can be hard to let go of hope and move on. What we expect in love and relationships is a major factor which determines how long the relationship lasts. For example, if you're expecting marriage after dating for three months, chances are your relationship won't last very long. Because in my opinion, knowing someone for only three months is too short a time for such a big decision in life like marriage. It is also true that if the understanding between two people is good then the relationship can be long term or lifelong but it is really very difficult that it will happen in your life too. Love and relationships are hard. And the expectations from different events in our lives can make it even more difficult to find happiness. In relationships, we often let down our guard to love. That is because we see relationships as a place where we need to be the best version of ourselves. We think that we have to be perfect and meet all expectations. Yet, that is not what a relationship should be like at all. We have no expectations when it comes to self-love, but in the society today, people are very much praised for loving themselves first - before they can love others. People are expected to put their needs first and care about themselves before anyone else. That might sound ironic considering that many people feel bad about themselves and they struggle with self-love on a daily basis. Nonetheless, people have these expectations of themselves when it comes to self-love and this sets them up for failure from the very beginning. Love is one of the most powerful forces in our lives and it is important for us to see what kind of expectatcertains it bring us into the relationship with ourselves? Expectations are not just limited to our relationships, but they are also what we expect from ourselves. We have an expectation that we will grow up and get married and have children and live a happy life. No one can predict the future, but one thing is for certain- expectations will always be a part of life. ***Original Content By** @sj0820
Sorry guys due to physical illness I can't stay active and write articles regularly! But read.cash and miss you all so much. I will try to be active as soon as possible.🥹
Which satisfies your content "Quality or Quantity"? **Satisfaction** is about having a sense of fulfillment. It's about achieving what you want and how you want it. **Quality** can be associated with the quality of work, the process or the materials used. **Quantity** can be associated with number, size, amount or figures. It's important to be satisfied with whichever of the two you have. If you're satisfied with quality, we can assume that you can spend more time on your tasks and create better content. On the other end, if you're satisfied with quantity, we can assume that your content will be more available and accessible to readers. Good quality content is made when a writer is devoted to one project and has enough time to work on it because they have fewer distractions at work or in their personal life. It's not just the time the writer spends writing but also developing ideas for stories, doing research, and crafting sentences that makes good writing. Quality content is more important than the quantity of content. A good article, video or blog post can draw visitors to the site and lead to conversions much better than a ton of mediocre blogs or articles. This is why many marketers allocate less budget for content creation, but spend more budget on promotion strategies. They focus on creating quality content that will help them reach their goals. Quantity also matters because it shows that the person is working on a particular task. But quality is what really matters to the customer. When it comes to content, we want both quality and quantity. It is important that the content is engaging enough for the reader. But it is also important that there is enough content to make it worth reading. I'm satisfied with both. Quality is important, but I can't put up an article that doesn't have a certain amount of content. ***This is an excerpt from the book "The Hard Thing About Hard Things". The author, Ben Horowitz states that he is not dissatisfied with either quality or quantity of work.*** Many writers aim to produce high-quality content. But this is not always possible. And sometimes, the time and money that is spent on quality could have been better spent elsewhere. **The point of a writer should not be to just write at any cost. The point should be to write in a way that will satisfy the reader and make them want more!** ***Original Content by** @sj0820
Unwanted Guardians and their advice By guardian, we usually mean the parents of the children. But do you know that the number of our Guardians increases a lot due to some special conditions? Well, let me explain a little more clearly - when the parents of a family are unable to fulfill their proper responsibilities towards the child or they turn to a relative class or a wise person for some specialist advice, then they all become guardians of that person. That is, the opinion of these learned people is then kept above all. These situations are usually seen in the case of marriage or if you want to enroll your child in a good university or which hospital you want to go to for the delivery of your baby. Well first of all I start with marriage because I have some personal experience with this topic that I need to share. There is a sad and many may find funny incident during my wedding - the day relatives from the groom's house come to see me or (whatever I say to put on the ring) my father suddenly fell ill. Immediately my father was taken to the doctor and the doctor after measuring his blood pressure said that my father's blood pressure had dropped. In that case, he gave some medicine to my father. Among those medications were vitamins and sleeping pills. However, my father accidentally took two sleeping pills at the same time. Later, when the relatives came, my father was in a deep sleep, as he was not in any state of consciousness after taking the sleeping pills. Dad was woken up by loud shouting, although we did not know that he had accidentally taken two sleeping pills together. But he was speaking in front of relatives in such a way that he seemed drunk. The situation was quite shameful. And speaking of my father, it was a very dangerous situation because any accident could have happened since none of us knew about it. That day I saw that all my relatives had different opinions because as the head of our family was my father and he was not in a position to speak well, other relatives each became the head of our house and showed their opinion. Seeing their condition, it seemed that I should get married on that day and go to the groom's house with the groom. However, later my father did not accept any plan of my relatives and my father said that later they (the groom's relatives) will be informed about our decision and plan. When I first went to my in-law's house after marriage, I saw many of my guardians. Everyone gave me advice on how to speak and how to go in front of anyone, even the housekeeper gave me advice just like my guardian. I won't say giving free advice is bad but at least you should give a little chance to the one you are advising, if he/she makes a mistake then you have the responsibility to correct him/her but being overly patronizing or advising like a parent is not acceptable. This is the state of our society. This is just one example I wrote. There are thousands of such examples in our life. But I want to know if this kind of guardian has ever appeared in the life of any of you! ****Lead image by*** *****OpenClipart-Vectors***** ***from*** *****Pixabay********.*** @sj0820
The Truth of the Matter: The current situation and Why "Trust" doesn't exist anymore! Trust has been a fundamental building block of societies and organizations. The current situation is that no one can be trusted and there is no trust. No one can be trusted because people are often prone to lies and deceit. This has also led to an overwhelming sense of mistrust. People are more careful and there is a lot of uncertainty in their lives now because they cannot trust anyone. We live in a post-truth world, where the truth does not exist anymore, but this does not mean that people are bad or dangerous, it's just that people believe the opposite things with all their power. It's been evident in our day-to-day lives and the ways we interact with one another. But over the past few decades, something changed that caused people to lose trust in others. Trust eroded because of various factors such as social media, increasing consumerism, increased globalization, and the global financial crisis. “Trust” has become an issue. When we are not able to trust what is being said, that leads to a lack of motivation to share and read anything that is being posted. This makes it so the problem is never resolved - because the cycle continues. In today’s political and social climate, the issue of "fake news" is a hot topic. While many argue that this is a new problem, it has been around for centuries. Fabricated news, made-up news, fake news--whatever you call it--it's existed for years. Trustworthiness is a crucial element in society, and not one which can be ignored. It has been observed that trustworthiness is influenced by many factors. The most important of these are: the respect for the law, moral principles, the positions of government and corporations, and information about them. These factors have been found to influence trustworthiness in society by having both direct and indirect effects on people’s quality of life. @sj0820
Yes, that's an insult I can't! There are very few people who can stop themselves from insulting someone. Would it be ridiculous if I said I was one of them? Perhaps because here it would seem that I am completely self-absorbed in my praise and honoring myself with this special quality. Whatever one may think, indeed, I have never said anything insulting to anyone in any way at least in my consciousness. At one time I thought it was my weakness because many times it was seen many people try to insult me or I was insulted many times but I could not say anything insulting to him/her as a return gift. But after a long time passed I realized that it is not my weakness, it is my great quality and my strength that separates me from others. But many people (some in my family) think I'm very clever and that's why I can avoid these things very calmly. Apart from some qualities, I have many bad habits, among them, I don't forget easily when someone insults me and I can't build a good relationship with him/her again. Here the question may come if I am so good then why should anyone insult me? Surely I have done them some harm for which they are angry with me and they want to expose my weaknesses in front of everyone so that I am humiliated. Of course, the question is reasonable. It's also true that if you don't mean anything bad to someone, he won't insult you unnecessarily. However, it's also good to know that some people take great pleasure in insulting others for whatever reason or not. I don't like people who want to put your weaknesses in front of others and belittle you. Opportunists are only too eager to find fault with others. I don't like it because I still haven't mastered these usages like them. For this, I want to distance myself from such people although it is not always possible because they are around us and may even be in our own family. However, it would not be fair to keep silent all the time because such people get more opportunities. That's why sometimes it's necessary to answer at least to show that you can act like him if you want, but you don't because you don't want to be in that group of people. Earlier I would have suffered a lot if someone threw such insulting words at me but now I don't feel bad because I know why I would take it upon myself if someone forced it on me. At least we should all believe in ourselves enough that no one can insult us at will until we feel humiliated yourself. ***#Lead image from*** *****Pixabay***** ***by*** *****Tilixia***** @sj0820
My mind talk There is such a huge sky above the head but sometimes I feel so helpless. The world is so big, but our borders seem small! I feel so lonely. It seems like my world is so small that I have nowhere else to go but this nest. Just think that never ends. From the beginning to the end of life we are killing ourselves with only thoughts but have we found any permanent solution at all? No, I did not get anything! To many, these thoughts may seem unreasonable. It may seem to unnecessarily stress your brain, I don't want to face numerous questions and torture myself to find the answers to those questions. But tell me what to do, I have so many questions that I can't find the answer to today, but I'm still trying to reconcile them even though my life will never be arranged. Even then I failed in a vain attempt! I will keep it to myself as a comforting word. I take solace in the thought that I tried. Maybe time or place was not in my favor but my efforts were not lacking either. Each of these sentences may seem very messy but you will connect them with your own life and you will see that every one of us goes through many such troubles and very few times we get depressed. It can be about any matter family, relatives, society, spouse, parents or anyone else. My questions and problems lie within each of these relationships. I don't think it is necessary to mention anything separately for this. I may have read it somewhere but can't remember right now, that never share your problems with others. It exposes yourself as a laughing stock. People will never solve your problems or feel sorry for you. But this is not true for everyone. It's really lucky to have such a white hearted person who will sympathize with you and extend a helping hand to you! Have any of you found such a person? ***#Lead Image credit from pixabay by whoismargot!***
The Cycle of Narcissism and How It Affects Relationships! In every family, some people are always too busy with themselves. Their behavior is always used to hurt others but they have no feelings or remorse about it and are more comfortable blaming others. Always claiming to be helpless and expecting sympathy from others is one of their main characteristics. Many people in our society can be exemplified, but even if we live in society we can be able to keep our distance from these people. But if there are people of this nature among our family members, it is almost impossible to keep a distance from them. Analyzing this character in such detail only means that I have suffered from such people, that is, I have a person of this particular character in my own family. I have been seeing her since childhood, although I was too young to understand, so I could not understand her behavior, but with time, I also understood her mentality a lot, and finally, I was really worried about what is wrong with this person. Finally, in a Facebook post, I read about people with this personality and they identified it as a disorder called Narcissism. That's why I decided to share some information about this disorder with you in this article. You may also be familiar with people with this type of behavioral disorder! **Surely you are already aware of their nature, so I am not going to analyze their definition again, I will now outline what the cycle of narcissism is-** The narcissism cycle is a type of cycle where a person's personality and behavior change. They go through a series of events, often referred to as the "narcissistic cycle." The cycle begins with the great phase, which is characterized by inflated levels of confidence and self-importance. Individuals overestimate their abilities and believe they are capable of everything. Or may place themselves above others to make themselves feel superior to others. At this stage, the person will blame other people for almost everything bad that happens to them, whether it is someone else's fault or not. A narcissist usually starts with a great self-image and starts putting others down to feel better about themselves. Extends their negative traits, such as anger, pride, or jealousy, to other people. They then use this as justification to break up with people who don't meet the narcissist's expectations. Boundaries are often demarcated between reality and fantasy; They enjoy manipulating those around them so they can create situations where they can manipulate them back. Narcissists believe they have done nothing wrong when faced with criticism. Even if they show a lot of love towards others outwardly, if they look inside, it can be seen that there are hidden interests of them. The cycle of narcissism can be dangerous for both you and your partner. Narcissists often make small efforts at the beginning of a relationship but lack the desire to maintain a healthy balance of love and responsibility. **The cycle of Narcissism:** The cycle of narcissism is when a person goes through three stages: **glory, abandonment, and revenge.** **The first** **stage** is where a person experiences "greatness". They believe that everyone loves them because they come with a lot of confidence. This will make their partner feel good about themselves which will also increase their feelings for the person. **In the second stage, "cancel",** these high feelings from before begin to go away because they are no longer getting what they need (feelings or validation). At this stage, a void develops between both people which leads to a clash between them. **Finally, in the third stage, "revenge",** one person becomes very angry with their partner and tries to hurt the other person (through words or actions). This attitude or behavior applies not only to their partners but also to other family members, such as people close to them such as parents, and siblings. If I am asked how to keep my distance from such people, I give a completely blank answer because I cannot find a solution. If the maximum is not living in the same family, then maybe communication or contact can be reduced. Besides, if you are currently staying with the same family, then I don't know! Because being in the same family you can't ignore them even if you want to. Because they will come and impose their opinion on you and if you don't agree they will blame you and claim to be helpless to others, make adjustments, shed tears, and won't stop until they prove you guilty in everyone's eyes. **If you know any good solution then definitely help me by commenting because I need to know how to Deal with Narcissistic Family Members!🥴** ****Original content by***@sj0820!
Facebook:Social media on the internet, web community) Facebook is one of the most popular and widely used social media sites. It is a social networking service that connects people with friends and family. Facebook has over 2 billion monthly active users. Facebook is so popular because it is a social media where people can share their private lives with the public, without feeling any discomfort. More importantly, Facebook allows us to keep in touch with the people that we have lost contact with. Another reason why Facebook is so popular is that it has been a part of our lives for such a long time -we are used to using it and know how to navigate around it. It also has really good features that allow us to make memories eternally visible and keep in touch with other people’s memories as well. Facebook is not all rainbows all the time. When it comes to annoying things on Facebook, there is no shortage of options. Many people are seen updating their Facebook status as "single" even though they are or have been in a relationship with a lot of people, but many can be annoying in their circle of friends because they all know what the truth is. Facebook users have to deal with an endless stream of trolls and political posts on their News Feeds. These types of posts can make it difficult for friends to keep up with their lives, which is why people choose to unfollow others or unfriend them altogether. While some people might find it irritating when their friends post their whereabouts every five minutes, others may have an issue with the amount of political or religious content that is posted. Some people enjoy scrolling through Facebook and seeing the latest updates from their friends, while others find that it's just too much. The funny thing about what annoys people can be different for everyone. It all depends on who you talk to and what they are most interested in viewing on the site. Facebook has made it easy for us to reach out to friends, family, and acquaintances. It has also helped us connect with new people around the world. We use Facebook to reconnect with old friends and family members, stay in touch with our near and dear ones and even find a date. One thing that we should keep in mind when using Facebook is that it’s not only about seeing what other people are doing. There are many benefits to using Facebook in a business. It provides a great way to reach your target audience and create branding for your company. You can also use it to get feedback quickly on ideas you have or create promotional posts to reach more people. One way that we can effectively use Facebook is by setting up a page or profile and promoting it on the social media platform. This will help us attract more followers who may be interested in what we are trying to do or promote. This will also help us attract potential partners, investors, or customers who may be looking for something like this, giving us a good chance of making some money down the line. However, some drawbacks come with Facebook as well: you have no control over your customer data, it is expensive (some companies spend millions of dollars every year just on advertising), and it can be hard to know how effective your posts are if you don't understand how their algorithms work. Facebook has a dark side. Social media platform is often used as a tool for cybercrime and cyberbullying, with the two being closely related to each other too. Cybercrime includes activities where hackers steal information such as credit card numbers, user IDs and passwords, or bank account numbers to commit fraud down the line. Cyberbullying includes activities where attackers impersonate or share personal information about other users to make them suffer embarrassment, pain, or anguish. Facebook has been blamed for not doing enough to combat these crimes because they generate revenues from them. Facebook has said that it is trying to enhance its safety measures by implementing new rules that require users to have their real names on their profiles along with photos that are recognizable from their profile pages, but some people don't feel like this will solve the problem altogether. Now the question is, are we using Facebook profitably or effectively? The answer to this question is not known. It depends on the individual's usage needs and wants. ***Original Content by** @sj0820

The Value of Life: How to Make Every Living Moment Count? We often say that “life is precious” but what does this actually mean? It means that life is valuable. The most valuable thing in the world. It means that every moment of our lives is worth living. It means that we need to capture every moment of our lives and make it meaningful. Many people believe that life is valuable and worth living, but how do we achieve this? Life can be full of challenges and difficulties. It's not about having the perfect job or a perfect family or perfect relationship; it's about living every moment to its fullest. We will never know what tomorrow has in store for us and whether we are going to live until tomorrow. This leaves us with a question: What am I going to do with my life today? I have been suffering from insomnia for 3 months now and have been looking for a way to get more time to myself so I can read, work on my blog, or just enjoy some quiet time. But after a long day of work, when I lay down on the bed, I feel like I got rid of all the work. But beyond that, there is much more to be done in life. Instead of appreciating each moment, people spend the time doing things that are not valuable to them. The result: instead of feeling appreciated and satisfied with life, they feel annoyed and frustrated with the world around them. However, many of us do not make the most of it because we are busy living life. One of the biggest problems is that people lose their sense of urgency in life as they grow older and start to get comfortable with things. A fundamental human need is the need to have a sense of purpose in life. Without it, we feel lost and without meaning. It is natural to have questions about why we are here, what is our purpose, what should be our next steps, and how should we live? This sense of purpose can be challenged by people going through a tough time or facing the end of one’s life. The lack of a clear direction can be disorientating and make this feeling worse. Finding meaning in life is not easy but it doesn't have to be as complicated either. There are various ways how you can find your own personal sense of purpose in life - from reflection over your own past behavior to self-knowledge through mindfulness exercises or spiritual exercises like prayer or meditation." We should find time to pause life and appreciate the present. This can be done through mindful living, which can help with stress relief, grounding oneself back into reality, and improving mental health. Mindful living provides a momentary escape from everyday stressors; it is an opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of our lives. It is important to think about the things that really matter in life and to not give too much time and energy to the things that don't. For example, it is pointless to worry about what people say about you when you know that you are a good person. "It's important to remember that life is precious" is a powerful quote and the last part of this blog. I would like to remind my reading friends that life is short and fragile, so we should make it count every day. *********Original Content by** @sj0820
A Woman's Independence and Security - From Financial Freedom to Independence in Other Areas of Life! Women are a valuable and integral part of the workforce. They are now at the forefront of the fight for gender equality, standing shoulder to shoulder with men and fighting to dispel any perception that they deserve less simply because they are women. Thus, the desire for female empowerment has seen an increase in women's labor force participation rate. The global average is 57% of women in the workforce and 46% in OECD countries. This has caused a demand for policies to promote gender equality and economic independence. But all is not well in the world of work. The rate of women’s participation in the labor force has fallen during this period, as has their earnings relative to those of men. And while some might argue that this is due to a shift away from traditional “women’s jobs” to more male-dominated sectors, it seems unlikely that this can be the whole story given how large a majority of those working in female-dominated occupations (such as teaching or nursing) still identify as female. As a result, there is a demand for more women-friendly work policies that are meant to empower and reward women who are working. These include parental leave, childcare provision, pay parity, and support for mothers returning after maternity leave. In the last century, women have been fighting for their right to equality. The movement has reached a new level of empowerment with the #MeToo movement. Even though they are now more powerful than ever, they still face many challenges in their way. The Times They Are a-Changing: Women Need To Demand Equitable Treatment provides with an account of how women are being left behind in today’s society and what we can do about it. Women have to work twice as hard to be recognized as good workers, and they are constantly undermined. This gender inequality is not only damaging to women, but also represents the inability of companies and the economy as a whole to fully utilize the raw talent of half the population. The best way for society to fully achieve its potential is if both sexes are able to contribute equally. Female independence has been on the rise since 1970s with feminism gaining momentum in Hollywood, professional world and even within households. Today females have more rights than they ever did before- they are able to vote, get educated, marry who they want and even choose how many children they want. They are also taking control of their careers by becoming more assertive with their bosses and negotiating salaries. However all this progress doesn’t mean that there won't be any gender inequality anymore- it just means that some people still don't understand what this word means or what it signifies for society at large. The Asian countries have different levels of gender inequality. The key is to understand that there is a correlation between the gender disparity on wages with the level of economic development within a country. Women as wage earners are disproportionately affected by these inequalities and all other inequalities (income, power) in society. Prejudices put women at a disadvantage from the outset: they face barriers to being educated, becoming entrepreneurs, and participating in politics. Women are staying at home because they feel like they have no opportunity to live a good quality of life considering their income and rank in society. This is especially prevalent in rural areas. Prejudices against women still exist today despite legislation enacted to help lessen gender inequality. The process for women to overcome these barriers requires more than just change for her: it requires change for all members of her family unit and community. `Original content by @sj0820`
Teach the child lack? The debate between parents about whether or not they should make children understand the lack is a very hot topic today. Society has different viewpoints on the issue of poverty, some people think that children should be made to understand the lack while others think that children should never be made to understand the lack and it is better to provide enough opportunities for them as they can because this age they will not be able to enjoy later. **Do you think that children should be made to understand the shortage in life? Or do you believe that they have a right to have enough?** To sum up the solution in a simple way, I think the only solution is to let them experience and understand the hardships. You don't have to be a grown-up all the time. Moderate your child's behavior, and provide as much structure and discipline as necessary but not too much. The world has changed a lot and there is so much more to learn than what we already know. At this age, children should be given the freedom to explore their surroundings as it will help them decide for themselves what they want to do later on. A child's needs should always be met, but not at all costs. So it's important to teach children how to be patient and wait for what they want. Don't give them everything they want right away. If you do, they'll get used to that and they will reduce the value of all things because those who are used to always getting things cannot always be satisfied and do not value and care for those things. Every parent wants their children to enjoy their childhood and grow up with all their needs met like food, clothing, education, medical, and shelter. As a parent, my child needs my support the most. Even with this support, it should be ensured that children do not develop bad habits in the use of resources. Many parents do not understand or are not willing to accept this. They think that because they have a lot of money, they will give their children whatever they want. No one needs to think or say anything about it. According to them, when their children grow up, they will never get back to the sweet time of childhood. So let them buy whatever they want and take them wherever they want to go. Allow them to eat whatever they want. They may enjoy childhood better but in the meantime, it makes their habits worse because later on if you can't always meet these needs they won't be happy with you and they won't be able to face tough situations like the financial crisis. Because you will always not be like the shadow of the banyan tree over their heads! Then they feel alone, and unhappy and suffer from depression problems. **Think how helpless your child will be!** It is the most important thing to invest in the child's future and not let the child fall into bad habits. @sj0820

A meeting experience Yesterday I went to meet a friend, until the moment before going to meet, I was very excited because I was going to meet him after many years. The secret is that he once loved me and I loved him too, although I don't have any such feelings now. I was confirmed to meet him at 2:30 am. He has been wanting to meet me for a long time. I never agreed to meet but I don't know why I said yes that day. Anyway, I spent the whole time from the next morning in a very happy mood. I was remembering many old memories, laughing at myself and talking to myself. Even then, I have no other weakness for him now (haha)! **Time is a magic box that can change many things.** I fixed the time to meet him at seven o'clock in the evening and as usual, I went out to meet him and reached my destination. Went to a coffee shop and sat down and he still hadn't arrived. Anyway, I ordered a cold coffee. Since I don't know much about his preferences all these years, I didn't order anything else, thinking that he will come and order his favorite food himself. After waiting he came. Still, my cold coffee has not reached my table. So I said to him, what will you eat? I order first and then we will sit and talk. He said that he has been suffering from dengue fever for some time and yesterday he was feeling a little bit better so he will not drink anything like coffee he wanted to have juice so he ordered mint lemon juice. For a long time, we both looked at each other and sat in silence because I didn't know what to start with, but I was feeling a little confused inside myself. It seems he felt this way too! Finally breaking the silence I asked about his parents and other family members and he said everyone is fine. Then at the beginning, he moved on to another topic. That is - he wants to go on a long drive with me. I didn't say no directly to him. First I said that if other friends go then I will go with you. He directly asked without pretending if no one else is going then will you go with me alone? I directly said "no". He was probably not ready for my answer and was feeling a little insulted. He is very proud of having his car and bought his flat in the city. He was telling me these things about him. Knowing that there is so much, should I have shown more interest in him? I don't think so. Anyway, what he's got is his, so I'm not too impressed. Did he think of me differently? Maybe! I don't know. I just don't have that much talent to show others but I'll never do what I can't do, I don't care what anyone thinks! It seemed like an insult to my self-esteem at the time. Our society's view is that if a girl goes to meet a boy, everyone looks at her differently. One may think that the girl has a love relationship with that boy but it is foolish to think that all relationships will be love. There can also be sincerity or affection. It should also be understood that we are human beings, social beings, so we have a connection with every person in society. Especially those with whom we have a past relationship. We have some past crushes on them, and it's normal to feel that way but I would say to every girl that one should never sacrifice her self-respect no matter how close they are! Oh, are you single? Hey, okay. So am I! It doesn't matter. Of course, there's no one else in the world who can ever measure up to your crush, but being single doesn't mean you're available to date or be kissed by other people. You have the right to like someone and be happy for them when they find the perfect person for them. Life happens, don't let yourself get consumed by what you'll never get again. @sj0820
Sometimes I feel Distracted I have this feeling that sometimes I'm so distracted, and it's hard to pull myself out of it. I don't know why, but it feels like nobody loves me and no one understands me. It's as if no one wants to hear what I have to say or see what I have to show. It's like I feel alone in the world and no one can relate to what I go through. Again sometimes I feel like I'm distracted and it's not that I feel like nobody likes me. I just feel like I'm not paying enough attention to the people around me. It's like they're not important enough for my full attention, or maybe they're too obvious for it. Either way, I'm not giving them the time of day, and that's not fair to them or to myself it's because I don't know how to show them how much they mean to me. When you're in a relationship with someone, there are so many little things you do without even realizing it that make your partner want to stay with you forever: telling jokes at their expense (even if they aren't funny), helping them with their work (even if they hate doing it), listening when they need someone to talk too... The thing is: we don't always think about what we're doing when we're with someone else! We just assume that everyone would want us around because we're great people and all, but really? Sometimes it takes months before we realize how much others love us too! It's not that I am alone; this feeling has always been there but it's getting worse now. It's hard to find the right words to express my feelings because they are so complicated. I just want someone who would understand what I am going through and help me through it. I don't really know what to do about this feeling. I'm not sure what the answer is here, but maybe writing down my feelings and sharing them with others will help. It helps if we can reach out to others who might be experiencing similar feelings so they know they're not alone on this journey called life! It's hard to know what to do in those moments because we've all been there at some point in our lives. It's easy to say that you just want to be accepted and loved for who you are, and sometimes you feel like the only way for you to get through is through distractions. I know I should not feel guilty about feeling alone sometimes though because that's how we learn from our mistakes and grow as individuals. We all have our own paths that we follow when we're trying to figure out what life has in store for us. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't get it, but most of us feel that way sometimes because we're all human. I know it's hard to feel like no one understands you or loves you but it doesn't have to be this way. You are not alone in this world of feeling isolated and misunderstood. This is a very hard time for me, and it's hard to know what to do. After that there are some words of comfort that I always try to give myself and share with you: 1) You are not alone! There are people who care about you, and they will do what they can to help you through this time. 2) Try to focus on the good things about yourself and your life, because those are things that will make you happy when you're feeling bad about yourself. 3) It's okay if you don't know what to do—breaking out of this cycle takes practice! Just remember that there's always someone who cares about you, even if they aren't right there beside you right now. And lastly, if you need help getting through your day, or talking about what's going on with you? Reach out to someone who can listen and support you. You don't have to go through it alone. I do not know how effective these words of comfort can be! Can anyone relate to this? But it can be tried. #Lead Image by **Gerd Altmann** from **Pixabay** https://pixabay.com/users/geralt-9301/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=3609904 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=3609904 @sj0820
