You may know a lot about education, but not about how to develop a human being. We see education as the means for developing skills and knowledge, but also for improving our empathy and tolerance for others. That is why we provide education with a firm foundation in human rights, democracy and the rule of law. The most effective education does not only provide knowledge, but also teaches how to develop a child into a human being. It is time to discover a new way of education. Forget about the knowledge and focus on human being. A better future can start with our children. Our job is not to bring up a machine, but human beings. We must never forget that. All our schools can easily be taken as a factory, where children are engaged in the manufacture of human beings as they are squeezed through a kind of sausage machine.
