Online Selling
Online Selling is what vendors normally do because of the pandemic. Customers prefer to buy online especially in social media like facebook due to its accessibility and variety of products. Name what you want and search it online, you can find it easily. Sellers used this platform aside from its trend, this is the fastest way to promote their products and capture the attention of customers. Posting pictures of their products in Facebook pages like black market in every places and trading or bartering of products are what online sellers do. Online selling has its own advantages and disadvantages as well. Sometimes after you order online, the item arrived is different from the pictures they uploaded online. It is an example of expectation versus reality wherein quality of the orderd product is not good. Buyers must know well the sellers online to avoid being scam.
Last Day of Classes
First grading period is almost over. Last day of classes will be this coming December 12, 2020 and supposedly teachers will have their INSET or In Service Training 5 days next week. But the said seminar is being postphone because INSET will normally cover 2 quarters or two grading periods. What we need to do next week is we will have our home visitation especially for our students who seldom submit and pass their modules. We will conduct assessment also to our students for us to know and verify if they understand something from their previous lessons based on their modules. On December 18 we will have our new normal Christmas party. The party is just exclusive for us teachers and we will just celebrate it inside our school.
Lantawan Hillside Haven
Summer is not yet over. There is a new swimming pool open to public in Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. The entrance fee is 30 pesos for adults and 20 pesos for kids （4 yrs old and below）. The pool is open from 6 am to 6pm.
These are some important reminders from their management：
Pay the entrance fee first before you enter.
There will be an orientation first before you are allowed to enter.
Bringing of foods is allowed but when you bring soft and hard drinks, there is a corkage fee of 10 pesos each bottle.
Picking of flower is not allowed.

Bankrupt
I had a research on how to process when your business is down and not anymore earning income. The following photos above are the ways when you are going to close your business and file for bankruptcy. It is so sad and disappointing when your business is down. I researched on this because our neighbor who has a bakery, plans to close their business because for five months now they are not incurring net income. He has a pension and the money from his pension is paid for his losses every month. He is an American by the way. I tried to help him by having this research. Of course we are still hoping and praying, he can recover those losses he had. But for now, he is thinking to close or temporarily close his business.

I just want to share the bible reading I had yesterday using my bible mobile app. The message was all about love of God and the Scripture is from Jeremiah 31 verse 3 that says “ the Lord appeared to Him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love, therefore I have continued to extend faithful love to you.”

I just want to share the lyrics of this Christmas song because when Christmas is coming, this is one of my favorite Christmas song since I was in elementary entitled sa Araw ng Pasko by ABS CBN ALL Stars. Christmas Tree
Few weeks left and we are going to celebrate Christmas day. While waiting for the special day of the year, I assembled our old Christmas tree and put some Christmas decorations like balls, ribbons and red star on top. I also put Christmas lights around the plastic Christmas tree. It looks beautiful now even if it is old and simple. What is important, we have the spirit of Christmad and we know how to share our blessing to others.
License in Driving
Finally I now have a drivers license. I applied for the license last Thursday. Before going to Land Transportation Oroquieta Branch, I brought with me my Police and Barangay Clearance. On that day, after I filled up the application, I went first to a nearby clinic for me to have a medical certificate as one of the requirements. I waited for almost 2 hours but still the physician did not show up. I just transferred to another clinic and thanks God they had an excellent and faster service. I went back to the LTO office and submitted all the required documents. I took the exam then waited for the result. Praise God I passed the exam. Paid the fees for me to have the license and less than an hour I now have my license in driving.

Virtual Caroling Contest
Virtual Christmas Caroling Contest is now open to all Misamis Occidental residents. This was the post of Congressman Diego “Nonoy” Ty in his facebook page. The mechanics are： the sing and dance caroling video must be 2 to 4 minutes, composed of 7 to 12 members and must observed social distancing and health protocols like facemask and faceshield. 5 Months Old
Our baby daughter Franzineph Khae is 5 months old now. We have no cakes to celebrate but thanks God for having a cute and healthy baby. We are all happy for having her in our lives. She is a blessing indeed.

After the bible message of the speaker yesterday during our Annual Church Thanksgiving, all members of the church rendered a worship song for everyone. The title of the song is “Ginoo Salamat” by the Asidors. I was deeply touched by the message of the song. Indeed His goodness is incomparable and His love is never ending. We are imperfect that is why we are not qualified, no matter if we do all the good things here on earth. But if we confess from our sins, believe and accept His son as our Personal Lord and Savior, we can have eternal life or the free gift of salvation. Butterflies
Butterflies are needed in our environment and they are beneficial to us. They are colorful insects that bring beauty to our Mother Nature. Pollination is one of their great role. They feed on nectars coming from the flowers and when they get some nectars, their bodies carry some seeds and these seeds when fell on the ground and grow up, they become plants too. Butterflies continue to preserve the beauty of our nature. We need them to have a clean environment also.

Today is the 2nd day of December. As I scroll my facebook account, promos from shopping online application continue to advertise so that buyers will avail their promos or selected products on sale. Shoppers are now excited especially those who are minors and senior citizens are allowed to shop and go to the malls with some conditions and health protocols. Christmas is in the air, are you ready to shop now？
Yesterday, i was surprised by my wife when she gave to me a new pair of black shoe. She orderd it from Zalora online. This is actually her wedding anniversary gift to me. I like it and wore the shoes yesterday when I worked at school. Thanks for having a gift. Advance Merry Christmas everyone.
Ants
Ants are small creatures but we can learn many things from them. First is on how obedient they are on following their leaders. They are disciplined because they are in one line going to their direction. Looking for food and preparing before the rain comes are on their top priority. They store foods so that they will have enough foods during rainy season. They help each other on how they carry those foods. Teamwork makes their work easy. Even if how small they are, we can learn life lessons from them.
Flowers
These are some of the flowers of my grandmother in her frontyard. I captured photos yesterday because flowers are blooming and I was attracted by their colors. It makes the surrounding attractive and beautiful. My grandma loves the plant and she has many collections of flowers in her frontyard. She is 83 years old but still able to do household chores, gardening and doing things on her own. Taking care of her flowering plants is one of her daily routine because she loves flowers.
Boracay
Some photos we had when we went to the beautiful Boracay Island. It was a long hours of land travel from our province here in Mindanao going to the Province of Aklan. But thanks God for the free ride sponsored by my brother who is a soldier. It was an unforgettable travel experienced then with my wife and the family of my brother.
Palakasan 2018
I just want to share some photos that we had during our Palakasan held last July 12, 2018 at Sibugon Integrated School Covered Court. It was just a one day school sports event but we had fun. Spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork and hardwork signified to all the winners. The winning team or individuals competed to any local sports competition.
Time
What time is it now？ How do we managed time？How will we value our time for others？Do we have enough time for ourselves？
Time is an important resource for everyone. It is unlimited but also limited. Days are unlimited as well as time but our lives here on earth are unlimited. So we must learn how to number and value all days of our lives. We cannot manage time because it comes and it goes, but we can handle and control ourselves with regards to the time that we have. We know our priorities. Learn to save time for God, yourself and your family.
Cocoa Seeds
My father dried up his cocoa seeds this morning. These seeds were harvested from his farm. After milling, the final product of these seeds are pure cocoa or tablea in our dialect.
50th Bday
My uncle who is younger brother of my mother celebrated his 50th birthday last week. It was a simple birthday celebration but we praise and thank God for all the blessings he received especially to his son and daughter. Though they are not in good terms with his wife, we are still hoping and praying that God will restore their relationship. Their children are big now, they need the love and nurture of their parents - a family as a whole. Thanks God for the extension of his life and wish him more birthdays to come.
