LEFT BEHIND When I first saw you, I never thought you would be a part of my life.  We didn't talk before, but I remember seeing you for the first time.  I thought it would be hard to get along with you, but I'm wrong.  You were the first one who approached me, because I was so shy. It started with a simple mission, until we were always together.  We don't care what others say, as long as we are happy.  When I wake up in the morning, you are the one next to me.  Until dusk, you are still the one next to me. But everything is just temporary. You thought it was happy, but it wasn't.  You are with her every day, but her mind is on someone else.  She used to be concerned with you, but now she doesn't care anymore.  She used to wait for you, but now she left you for others. What really happened? Why did what was once sweet turn bitter?  She used to be excited to be with you, but now she's almost hiding.  All the reasons will be given just to avoid being with me all day.  Is this the end of our happy friendship? 📷 shamrye17

9 months and counting: My journey with Noise.cash *My journey in the world of Noise.cash has not been easy. Especially in the beginning, I'm not that good at making a good content.* **HOW I STARTED**.. I started in January 1, 2021, it's New year's time! That platform was just starting a few days ago when my friend invited me to Crypto World. She gave me a brief introduction on how to work on that platform. At first, I wasn't really sure if my contents were correct. And beside from that, I have many hesitations if I can do this properly. I don't trust myself either when it comes to writing. I read the rules and regulations and studied the roundabout carefully. I also talk to people who also remind me of things to do. You know that, even if I don't know them, they are willing to help. And I'm grateful for that. **HOW NOISE CASH CHANGE MY LIFE?** That platform changed my life a lot. Apart from improving my writing skills, at the same time I earned money. Especially now, life is hard due to pandemic and need an extra income. Nois Cash is the one that helps me financially. A big help somehow for paying the bills by BCH. Bitcoin Cash is a cryptocurrency that is a fork of Bitcoin. Only now have I seen the importance of BCH, unlike before, I don't pay attention to it in my Coins*.*ph wallet.  **INTERACTION WITH OTHER USERS** I don’t post content every day, maybe because my attention is divided. In the second month of my stay there, I always talked to two people through comments. They always gave me a tip before, hearts had no value back then. Those two users became my first closest to the Noisy world. We also teach what to do when one of us has a problem or breaks rules. Until now, I am still with them and they're are still active. As time went on, the people I talked to grew and became closer to me. Most of them are my friends at Telegram. **CREATING A GOOD CONTENTS** Over the months, I have also become accustomed to creating content, from bad to good. I admit, my previous posts were worthless. I only learned in a few months of my stay. I was very happy then because with the number of users, I was included as eligible. As the number of spammers increased, it suddenly tightened, so they split into eligible and non-eligible. Because of that, my patience was tested in making good and interesting content. What I just learned is that your content doesn't have to be very good, it's important that it's original and interesting. And there must be a heart to every content you create. **BREAKING THE RULES** I remember back then, users often violated rule #1. They're begging for a tip, some of them asking for subscription. Like "*hey sub to sub*" or "*tips please*". And that's prohibited. I even experienced a red note, I was supposed to post as spam. Oopps it's not what you think. I'm not violating the rules because I'm not begging for subscribers and tips. But the truth is, maybe in the words I used, so I had to be careful. **SOMEONE REPORTED MY ACCOUNT** Noise.cash had a new update, then started to have good, bad and spam buttons. This means that each user has the right to vote for other users if their content is good, bad and spam. In short, the status of my account depends on other people. It became critical. Before the updates, my last post was about giveaways. I was planning on that it would be my last giveaways for my co-Noisers, but unfortunately my account was ruined. At the same time, the new update again came out with no tip to be received. It will depends on the value of the heart. I feel like my account is crashing because every time my account is back on track, after a few minutes of posting, I didn't receive tips again. **TAKE A BREAK** After how many weeks of receiving no value of hearts, I decided to take a rest for a while. I no longer post content, but I still visit the site. I felt hopeless. I suddenly thought, what is wrong with my writings? Why is like that? So I stopped because I was also stressed. I stopped posting my content, but I never stopped supporting others. I'm torn between two rivers, if I should stay or I will be leaving for good. It's hard to decide, it's like I'm in the middle of nowhere. I've been gone for two months. **THE RETURN OF** ***shamrye17*** After two months of silence, I was back at Noise.cash. I feel like I'm new again, a newborn haha! Just kidding! Even though I had lost hope then, there were people who motivated me to come back. They are the people who never stopped convincing me. My noisy friends like Issay, PhiliAgape and Mariabelen who always told me, "*Hey, it's time for you to come back*". Thanks to you guys! I learned here that no matter what happens, don’t give up. If you can't, just take a break. For your return you are strong again. Here I am, standing still and kicking! Be positive. Be inspired. Be motivated! Ciao! **Image Source:** *Google*

A friend *This article is based on my own experience.* When I used to stay in Iloilo City here in Philippines, we had a neighbor there with a dog. The dog is just small, but I'm not sure if he's pure Shih Tzu. His fur is mixed color of dark and light brown. His eyes were very meek and seemed to speak. Actually, I don't know his name but I know his gender, so I call him baby dog. Every time I go to the store, I always pass by where he lives. I felt sorry for him because he didn't seem to be taken care of properly. His hair was long and matted. His eyes were always looking at me as if asking for help. So I asked another neighbor who owned the dog. I would like to talk to the real owner, but there's no chance. Someone also advised me to just let it go because it might cause trouble. I didn't interfere anymore because first of all it's not my place, not my territory. Whenever I pass by, I always give him food. He wagged his tail and he's letting me to touch him. Even if they tell me not to touch him because it's dirty or he might bite me, *I don't care!.* Because I know that he is very tender and loving dog. I always visit him before going to work. It's an everyday routine and we're getting close since then. One day, I took a different path because I was in a hurry that day so I didn't have a chance to see him. A few hours ago someone called me saying that our neighbor's house was on fire. And that house is where my dog friend lives. I was suddenly thinking about him. I'm very worried and restless. I was not mistaken, he was burned. When I came home, I talked to the owner. He said, after he saved his family, he planned to release the dog but it's too late. I was very upset. I also regretted that I did not pass in front of their house before the accident. I feel sorry for him not because he has a breed. My heart was touched by his condition with his owner because he was not taken care of very well. I also don't blame them if he wasn't saved because of course they will prioritize those with them at home. I was very sad that day, no one else helped to get him from being chained. He was just in front of the house. Since then, I have never walked down their street again. All I want to remember is that time he was still alive. For me, he's not just a dog, he is my friend. *Image source: shutterstock.com*

It's okay to not be okay... Sounds of a Kdrama right? or maybe the title of Demi Lovato's song *"OK not to be OK"*? Let's talk about it. You had a bad day, or a major setback. One thing goes wrong, everything does. Some unexpected obstacles might come your way. Things haven't been going well and makes you feel uneasy. You feel negative vibes, no motivation, worrying and really don't know what to do. ***It's okay to not be okay.*** Don't think that you are not allowed to cry. It's okay to cry and admit you're not okay. That's alright! Don't hold back your tears. There is no perfect person and you don't always have to be strong. It's hard to pretend even if you can't. Everyone goes through hardships whether it's due to stressful deadlines, financial problems and personal relationships. Bad days are temporary at all, it doesn’t last forever. **SOME THINGS CAN MIGHT HELP YOU WHEN YOU'RE NOT OKAY:** ****COMFORT YOURSELF**** Eat something or do something to comfort yourself. Food is a huge part of how we feel. Treat yourself to something relaxing. *Just like me, everytime I have a bad day, I eat something to make me feel better. Sometimes I get a haircut also to reduce stress.* ****LISTENING TO MUSIC**** Some people listen to their favorite songs to make them happy. Choose a variety of positive music to liven up the mood, may it be your favorite song or a Hillsong songs. ****CATCH UP WITH FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS**** It helps that you talk to a family member or a friend. There are some persons who don't want to open up to other people. Don't want to talk about problems, they just keep it to themselves. It's easier if you have someone to advise you. ****PRACTICE DEEP BREATHING**** Practice deep breathing to calm yourself. Take a breathing exercise for relaxation and to relieve stress. Well, it's up to you how to manage yourself. I just gave you some options that you can work on. Don't force yourself to get better, it takes time. And all of us should be allowed to fall apart so that we can find ourselves again. Feel what you need to feel and then allow yourself to move on to better days. And always remember ***it's okay to not be okay****.* *ImageSource*: Google
