Time Flies So Fast: First Blogging Anniversary

I can't believe that it has been a year already since I started blogging. The memories of the past year are still vivid on my mind. I still remember the struggles I had last year. Several months has already passed and the government's order for a community quarantine is till not lifted. I was jobless for a year so I was broke as I have already spent all the savings on my bank account. I can't find a job and I was starting to get depressed and hopeless. But this day last year, my life started to get better. It all started with a single post I stumbled upon online. Since I badly want to find a job, I joined different groups on Facebook about data entry and freelancing works. Then I came across a post that says, I'll get paid for posting articles about topics of my own choice. I really can't remember who it was. But I already discussed about it on my previous article on my old account. https://read.cash/@esciisc/fifth-monthsary-bf5d666e What really caught my interest aside from earning money, because that's what I badly need that time, is being able to write again. I love writing since I was younger. I've been in several essay-writing competition in high school and I think once when I was in college. So I am confident that I'll do a good job. Fast forward, I joined read.cash and as soon as I registered, I read several articles and tried to make friends. That night, I slept at 2 a.m, after publishing my very first article. ***This is my first time writing in this website and I'm really hoping that I will be able to earn some money here. I already came across a lot of get paid to website which have very promising deals but in the end after investing my time and effort, I only got heartbreaks. But life must go on, here I am trying this website hoping that this is indeed for real this time. I can say that I am not a very good writer, I only write as a hobby and most of my writings are about my real feelings. So really hope you guys will support me though my writings aren't perfect.*** That's the very first article I published on my old account. See, my comments are even way longer than this article. At sana naman madagdagan nayang 2 pesos sa coins wallet ko.*** I still have doubts about being able to earn. Still, I trusted and thought that maybe I'll see the earnings the next day. The following day, I was feeling groggy and I head is throbbing due to lack of sleep. But I excitedly woke up and opened my read.cash account. I was surprised to see that I got 100 points. That afternoon, I received my very first Bitcoin cash amounting to $0.44. It was a small amount but that time, it meant so much to me. It made me trust the site. Since I proved to myself that it's legit, I tried to tell my friends about it too. I told my close friends about it on our group chat and two of them joined. It was @Myt.24and **@Thalia**. They both joined but only Mayt remained. But after experiencing and proving to herself that the site is legit, she also told her siblings and cousins about this. It was was already late when I found out who **Bbang** and **Dyemi** are. I also invited my college friend **@JulyAnn** and she also joined and reaped benefits from the site. But after some time, she quit publishing articles on the site. Later on I encouraged her to try writing one more time and she did. Now she's active again and she also invited 2 of siblings to join here as well as her sibling's friends. One year has passed and a lot of things has happened. Conflicts such as dealing with spammers, having my original content plagiarized and published on other website and most of all, we have to deal with the changes and updates on the site. But what's important is that I am still here until now. These days I'm too busy with my day job, but I still find time to write articles as I don't want to leave the site. Read.cash has not only helped me to solve my financial struggles back then, but it also helped me to protect my mental and emotional health. I'm someone who find it hard to be confined at home and I tend to get depressed when I can't do anything. But blogging has helped me not to dwell on the negative things. When there is something that bothers me, I write about it. That way I can take a load of my mind. Blogging om read.cash helped learn about new things. I learned to hodl my earnings instead of spending as soon as I got it. I learned to do spot trading to escape volatility, though it's not always successful and I learned to stake. And aside from read.cash, I am also publishing blogs on other websites now to monetize my writing skills. Really, one year of blogging is such as good thing! Happy first blogging anniversary to me!
