Aftermath of typhoon karding. Photo taken last Monday, Sept.26 at the Gapan City bridge going to San Leonardo. Gapan City going to Bulacan still not passable as of today. At home, we still don't have electricity and water supply. Talk n txt still have no network signal. Good thing I have spare cherry prepaid sim card that I am using now.
