RAADZ is a website where they run a survey of advertisers who want to runs ads on the net. It's advertising that we will rate. The questions are easy like "how appealing these ads" then you'll rate them from 50 to 100 once the rating of the ads is over you'll get the equivalent of your rate.

That's how they give equivalent to your rates. Let's say you rate a video. If you rate the video the total equivalent of your rate is 95% above you'll get 4x about $1 or more That 3x is about $0.8 and so on.
