Today I made a cake for a person dear to me and I hope the biscuit will be good. I've made this cake a couple of times already, but this time I wanted the biscuit to rise a little more and I didn't have a baking powder, so I put a spoonful of baking soda instead. It rose nicely but I probably spoiled the taste with it. I hope it will be good, we will find out tomorrow when it is cut haha. By the way, this is a chocolate cake with two types of chocolate, dark and plain milk.
