Here's my early Thursday morning view while riding a tricycle going to Binalbagan town proper. There's a clear view of Mount Kanlaon, the Province's highest peak. Along the road is a common view of newly harvested sugar cane plantation. We'll be having a two-day seminar in Talisay City, Negros Occidental. I hope I don't get bored.😂

This place looks inviting, right? While waiting for my turn for the haircut, I went to the port to see the view. There were already many people who like I do, also want to catch the sunset. I can't help myself but to start clicking.😂 I think I got a good shot at those birds.

This is what I was telling you earlier. The view at the boulevard in Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental. In times of storms and bad sea conditions, motorized boats would seek refuge in this body of water.

What not catch the sunrise this time? I had a shot at dawn earlier and since I have nothing to do this early, I decided to have a short ride with my motorcycle. My first stop was the boulevard at Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental but I was not quiet happy with my shot. I drove my bike again and go further to the highway and I think this snap is better although it's cloudy. That mountain that you can see in the picture is Mount Kanlaon which is actually a volcano and the tallest peak in the island. There's even a bird caught in the middle of this photo but I had to reduce the resolution so I can upload it here.

I would wake up early these past days it's just now that I thought that it would also be great to try taking pictures of the skies at dawn. Here's a picture my from place. I used night mode for this shot and I'm starting to love this feature.

I just went to the beach earlier with no expectations. There were two dogs siting on the sand and they seem friendly. I tried to call them and maybe they understood me. Just wanna try this tiger prawn. In dialect we call it "lukon". My coworker kept the two other bigger-sized ones. He gave me this smaller one which was still moving until we put it on a barbecue grill together with the other barbecue products sold by my boardmate.

Is there any benefit to watching the sunset? I will continue to shamelessly take sunsets pictures as much as I can regardless of what people might say. Just being in the presence of something beautiful makes me feel better and more connected to myself and my emotions. I hope those people in the picture feel the same way too. It's good to be at the beach again after office. There were lots of young people playing, swimming and hanging out especially that it did not rain today. I somehow forgot how to navigate my phone camera as I was trying to use the burst mode so that I wasted a couple of minutes just to get it done. All I got were silhouettes and that's just by moving the shutter either to the left or to the right for a few seconds.

A ray of sunshine is what my plants need. Actually these cactuses of mine have poor growth because they were placed on an area where they don't receive enough sunlight for the past week due to frequent rains.

I was driving my motorcycle and heading west early in the morning but I had to pull over to enjoy this beautiful scenery. This view was at the other side of the road. Rice fields or sugarcane fields are a common sight here in Negros Occidental but this one is simply amazing.

Can your phone still survive when it's glass cover is broken like this? I still have with me the original glass of my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone. It has served me well and I didn't bother to put screen protector until it slipped from my hand and fell around 6 feet high. I was standing on the stairs that time and looking for network signal and my phone lay flat and hit two pointed stones. You can see the damage in this picture. Thanks to Gorilla Glass that my phone still functioned well after the fall. It's thin, yet super strong. I think modern phones are now built with materials similar in strength or even more durable than my old phone.

Do you believe that a lunar eclipse bring fated endings, breakdowns or breakthroughs? Sad to say I was not able to capture last night's total lunar eclipse. I was trying to use the manual settings of my smartphone camera but I was not satisfied with the result. Instead of aiming at the moon, I decided to take a photo of my shadow.😂

The Total Lunar Eclipse is happening tonight and I'm looking forward to seeing it and even capture the different phases. I rode my motorcycle earlier not to go to work but to process papers in Kabankalan City. Unfortunately I didn't see anything captivating along the way. When I was returned home, I went directly to the comfort room. There I saw this Daddy Long Legs spider waiting for its prey as it was facing the light bulb. I had to hurry up to get my phone inside my room so I can still make the shot while it's still there. It was already turning away from the light source when I went back to the CR but I still managed to take this picture.

BUWAN NG DUGO SA #MariaClaraAtIbarra, TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE RIN SA REAL WORLD?! Nabasa ko yan sa Facebook kasi sumusubaybay din ako sa palabas na Maria Clara at Ibarra sa GMA. Sa gabi ng blood moon mamayang gabi, November 8, ay gabi rin ng blood moon sa Noli Me Tangere! Ang gabi ng pagtawid ni Klay pabalik sa realidad. Siguradong panoorin ko ito. Eto muna yung kuha ko noon sa isang entrance sa isang subdivision sa Bacolod City kung saan maliwanag na maliwanag ang buwan. Nasa pangalawang larawan pala yung facts sa ating aabangan mamaya. Sama-sama tayong manood ng Total Lunar Eclipse mamaya ha!
