A blessed Sunday to all! I'm still posting pictures from our Health and Mental Break at Campoquino Bay Beach Resort at Sipalay City, Negros Occidental. The first time I reached this peak was around 11 AM last Friday. The following morning and just around sunrise, together with a few coworkers we climbed another 300 plus steps to reach this destination. The other side of the bay features the "Tinagong Dagat" which means hidden sea. The place is surrounded by lush greeneries and you can try walking on long wooden bridges to cross the islands.

The place was so nice and it is better to stay for a while to feel so much relax at the same make peaceful.mind, if you are a nature lover it is time to go here while embracing the beauty of nature
